I will go to the nearest intersection with a turn lane that would allow me to make the safe turn. It may take a few more minutes, but I'd rather do that than get into a wreck.

There is no sign stating it is a 4-way stop, so obviously it is only a 2-way stop. We don't have a view of what the drivers see at the stop sign, so can't tell for sure if the vegetation is a problem.
