Mix 250ml. Many of these are also used in combination in studies or other products. Honorable mentions: Lavender and tea tree. Their effects are already achieved with the mixture above, and there is some evidence their smell reduces testosterone, which you need for other things like motivation and well being. Mix all in a "measuring/dosing bottle" and put it inside a "scalp applicator."
@@RageClash I mean it shows it can work to reduce some DHT. Wouldn’t expect it to be better than fin or other DHT blockers. Could just be a small amount i would think. So alone you wouldn’t feel or see much difference.
Man if only I knew about these alternatives before being put on oral minoxidil and finasteride because now my body will rely on those two instead of caring for alternatives because I was never told to use those natural dht blockers and such
Ooh, you're fine. You'll get more upset if you tried the other way around. The amount of DHT saw palmetto blocks is low. So, only if you have a small amount of thinning hair and the DHT you produce isn't out competing it (plus flawed studies on it). I know how "good" it was, I was on it and wasted money and time. My hair just kept receding with the over $2000 spent on those natural products by a hair clinic. And that's for 8 months. With minoxidil, you only need it for your hair to help grow it fully (it just helps with blood flow and Stimulation, you can try topical melatonin) then finasteride will maintain it since the DHT is reduced. So, you can stop the minoxidil. You save money and didn't fall for natural products that need to be more researched like rosemary oil. You should look at Lab muffins UA-cam video on it. You can try natural if you want, but now you'll put your hard work with your hair and sculp at risk with what is proven to work to try something that needs more proper study. Natural has many sideffects as it will contain more chemicals than just the one.
Who said your body will “rely” on those and SP wouldn’t work now? Did you try to use those things instead? Also why bother if what you’re on is working. I don’t view this as a loss.
Well won't saw palmetto have the same effect even if minor? Think about it finasteride causes low libido because they block dht, but saw palmetto is going to do the same even though not as much
Applying saw palmetto tincture directly to the scalp is an interesting idea! Saw palmetto is known for its ability to block DHT (the hormone linked to hair loss in androgenetic alopecia), so it’s often used in supplements. Applying it topically could theoretically help reduce DHT levels on the scalp, which may slow hair thinning. However, there isn't much research on how effective saw palmetto is when applied directly, compared to taking it orally. That said, since it's a natural extract, the risk of major side effects from topical use is generally low, but it might cause irritation in some people, especially if used multiple times a day. Four times daily could be a bit excessive-maybe start with once or twice and see how your scalp reacts first. Also, make sure the tincture you’re using is alcohol-free or gentle on the skin, as some liquid forms contain alcohol that could dry out or irritate the scalp. Might be worth giving it a shot, but keep an eye on any irritation! 👌 ➡️Reach out to us at www.advancedtrichology.com/
so do all that for nothing? And lets say this all three are as good as finasteride alone, that means that would lower as much dht as finasteride does meaning thats all a waste of time and might as well just take a pill a day which is super cheap.
finasteride gave me bad side effects, and also my family. most people try fin, but we get some side effects, sady... i was good using it gor 3 years. then tight pain in chest.
My dermatologist said this was because DHT is fighting against your scalp with preventing blood flow and nutrients to get to the scalp and hair follicles so my scalp is crying. What works to soothe this for me is one or all of these 1. Massage scalp especially with water 2. Apple Cider Vinegar Rinse or daily spray to scalp. Add five parts water to one part Apple cider to dilute it 3. Aloe Vera juice or gel soothes my scalp instantly 4. Green tea spray for scalp and hair 4. I’m also thinking about trying coffee spray because many people said it works for them and is a natural DHT blocker to apply directly to the scalp

Apparently you haven't done enough research. So many men have conceived while on Fin, the data suggests it might reduce the sperm count while on it, but nothing suggests you have to get off it, if you have problems conceiving that's when you can get off it for a couple of weeks just to be sure or have a higher fertility, again this does not apply to all men.@@spacesax1

He takes the tiniest bit of data and uses it to his advantage to try and make money by misguiding customers who aren’t educated on this subject. And think about it, Finasteride can cause side effects of course although it’s rare but he’ll make you think it’s 50% rather than 2% of people.
