In this tutorial you will learn to tat a medallion directly onto fabric. Katy tats medallion on to a bag/pouch, but you can use the same technique to tat onto any fabric item, such as clothing, purses, hats, etc.
*If at any point this video is moving too fast for you, and you would like to take it slower, and get a better look at what I just did or follow along, UA-cam has a video speed adjuster/slow motion setting, that is great to make use of.

i'm new to the tatting world and have chosen needle tatting. I found you by searching for left-handed needle tatting. Many thanks for those videos! I very much appreciate that you put the pattern on the screen as you go so I can learn how to read patterns.

YAY Welcome back! I hope you are here more. Missed you and learning from you. I had no doubt you would be back one day. You are a very easy tutor to learn from. Thank-you. Have a lovely day!!! AMB...Rose
EDIT:: If you are looking for ideas, I am looking to make a lace edging to add to a project but it has to stand alone and then be added and I am finding it difficult to find a pattern. Just something pretty so I don't have to add pre-made laces, so I can claim the project 100% hand made. Thank-you ahead of time.

Love the idea, thank you!!! What size lace are you wanting to make? 1/2 inch or 1 inch, narrower or wider? :)

About an inch but if you have one that is a half inch I wouldn't complain about learning both. hehehe Hope your day is great.

I am a visual learner and there is one thing I have been dying to learn and maybe you can help. I just had to come back here and ask. I would like to learn how to do a 3D rose or frilly flower, no larger than say 2", if you would like to teach me, I am willing to learn. I learned how to tat from you and I made some really nice round doilies. Thank-you for giving me the skills to create such beautiful pieces. Have a wonderful day!!! AMB...Rose
