Today we are going to put the USS Enterprise F against 3 Defiant Class Starships!
This version of the Enterprise F is unique and isn't armed with photon torpedoes.
It relies mainly on it's Phaser Array and it's Advanced Quantum Torpedoes.
Played in Star Trek Bridge Commander Legacy total conversion.

My major gripe about what I've seen of Bridge Commander is that phasers and other beam weapons are far too weak overall. In TNG we see the Enterprise-D's phasers absolutely pulverize things except when plot armor demands it, and the polaron beams were equally savage in DS9.
Right? That's my issue as well.
Was thinking the same. It ends up in torpedoes being way too important to the fight.
Generally I got the impression from the shows that phasers were equally important in a fight

the polarons were only savage in the beginning because shields couldn't stop them.
Ive always wanted to see the defiant work using wolf pack tactics.
I love the stance and size and look of the Ent F.. too bad.. Seven wasn't the Captain of that ship and to make a series with it.. would be PROPER.. just saying.. as you said gonna cloak, I could see Dylan's face grinning lol. 😨gosh Admiral. wow. took out the Ent F. gosh.. and nice job with the cloak.. You said you would try anything to succeed with the cloak and you did nicely done!!!😊🖖
That would have been neat if they'd just left it at the Enterprise F. HAHA, the cloak Is a double edged sword! Thanks Steve 🖖

Absolute carnage with the Defiant's. Not surprised the F took them out as quickly as they did. I love how it can fire as many of its phasers as that.
That was a close call with you being in the Defiant.

From the first time I saw the enterprise F I always thought about how I'd refit it. My ideal refit would be simple adding 2 defiant ships into the gap next to the deflector. I'd have the defiant integrated into the F's systems so they could be controlled while mounted. However they could detach to provide extra support. This would make the F incredibly powerful in my opinion because it could pull power from 3 different warp cores in addition to having 2 extra ships that are far stronger than regular shuttles or runabouts
That would be incredible! I think that would be doable. The Enterprise F does have a small craft at the back of the ship. Why not two upfront. The shared warp core idea is neat. 🖖
It would be fun if the Odyssey class could deploy the Aquarius.

An Odyssey class should have a pair of pulse phaser cannons in the leading edge of the saucer. And if an option, launch the Aquarius to draw some fire and harass.
Why are the Defiants moving about as fast as a wounded freighter? They're just sitting there as if stuck in pudding.
Just one Defiant took out that Klingon dreadnaught in the mirror universe.

Greetings. Love the starship battles. I don't have this programs but love watching someone that does and knows how to use them. I don't know if this is the platform for requests, but thought I'd try. Maybe you have done this and I missed it. What about two ships exactly the same going at it. Enterprise A against Enterprise A, or D against D, or E or H? The two ships are perfectly evenly matched. Nobody has the advantage of having a Kirk, a Scotty or a LaForge because both would have them. Would the two ships pound each other to a stalemate? Would it come down to tactics? Or sneakiness? If you wanted to add some spice, two E's against two E's or some of the others. Would two gang up on one? Would there even be a winner? Keep up the great work.
That was technically unfair of ya.. lmao.. I do want to see the Enterprise D Vs. The Enterprise F

I wonder if anyone collects all of the missed torpedoes, after a space battle? I mean, think about how many there are, out there just flying through space, an antimatter weapon cruising at a speed of 0.86c...😮

Why wouldn't they have anti-torpedo phasers/lasers? Just powerful enough to destroy incoming projectiles? Seems like that'd be pretty standard I dunno.
The difference between photon and quantum torpedoes is photon torpedoes is a detonation of antimatter while quantum torpedoes is detonation of the 0 point energy vacuum in theory there's no upper limit to how powerful a quantum torpedo can be.

Hi I have just started playing Warhammer 40k and been reading the books and I think there ships are very tough and I would like to see how the hell against like the Borg I do not know if you can get Warhammer ships on here would like to see it if you can

Where’s the early 25th century Defiant class ship, why has no one updated it ?
I always feel like the defiant is not used properly? And it's not and criticism on you. If I remember correctly, it was designed Overwhelm opponent at close range and then haul ass Out of the opponent's weapons range. The 3 should be acting like a Wolf pack shooting in getting away while the other 2 wait for their runs or attack from all sides Doing zoom and boom
The Defiant is also an escort vessel trying to outgun a capital ship. It just doesn't work that way. It's like 1000 mosquitos constantly biting you until the Malaria or blood loss finally does you in.

why didn't you launch the escort vehicle in the back of the Odysey??? Its there for ship defense and offense. Major aspect of its combat abilities was ignored. Its a mini defiant basically.

Would it be possible for you to take the Defiant that Sci Fi King made, and just halve its shield power?
The weapons are far more accurate on that version and it just generally feels more like the Defiant. The issue with this version is that the pulse phasers move slowly in a weird arc that tracks the target, and once you’ve fired a volley, you’re then stuck firing one pulse every 3 seconds, which the Defiant has never done on screen.
That version is definitely too strong, but its weapons are good, it’s just got about double the shielding it should have
Isn't this scenario the forward torpedo sled was designed for? This last-ditch weapon would target an opponent with superior defensive capabilities who can't be dispatched with typical tactics and weapons.

I have yet to see any treatment of the Defiant class that actually showcases the maneuverability and actual punchiness on demand of the cannons. All these mods have the ship move about like cows in molasses and sit around unable to fire because of empty capacitators. The as seen Defiant loops around the Lakota, winds effortlessly around Negh'Vars, and fires dozens of pulses non-stop.
voyager was not a galaxy class ship. he's making up stuff as he go's? the last KNOWN she named enterprise was the 1701E.. with the three engine's and spinal beam thing
I've just downloaded bridge commander, but only see 5 federation ships🤷

I know there's the human factor, but I still find it somewhat underwhelming that the F could be taken out by 3 ships much smaller and older than it

This video is just the standard game with Star Trek Bridge Commander Legacy Installed. I also have Kobayshimaru on another install and Bridge Commander Remastered on another. They are the 3 main ones. 🖖
Before I watch... the F is like an upgraded Sovereign. However, 3 Defiants?! If they use the proper tactics, they would rip it apart.
Edit: I also need to give it to the F. That thing is a flying battleship.
