I'm a 90's kid. My brother and I used to stay awake at night watching TV, we had cable and as I recall at late night on Nickelodeon channel they would air some locomotion material, and for us, as kids, it's was very disturbing.
As a Brazillian myself, the part where he starts to talk about my country, really surprises me! I din't see it coming so... I'm not sure if i'm proud of Brazil envolviment in this mistery, or not lol. And to be fair, you went to r/Brazil and to r/asklatinamerica to ask about something very specific, i'm not sure if you go to others, but for people to help you better, it would be on subreddits about mysteries/lost media in portuguese or spanish, because those whose you post it is too diverse the topics. I watched another video, different from this one, that matches everything thar the original post asked for: Black background, with white title, stop motion with a man building animals with bones, the man making an abomination that rebels and attacks him at the end, and to make it better, it was produced and aired in Mexico, as part of CONACULTA cultural alternative films, airing on multiple channels.
It was made in 2000 and was available in multiple film festivals. Saw it in at least three channels, often past midnight on compilations of other stop motion films. Even the thing about jars fits well. There's no dialog, except some guttural grunts, and the background music. Everything is monochrome and the bones style matches the picture of the post.
Since the post and the follow-up post are both archived I hope you manage to read this comment and get in contact to the original poster. And if you want the link just reply to this post. Because, yes, the short is still available online, uploaded to UA-cam 11 years ago by the creator himself.

I personally believe that "Butcher's Hook" and "The Butcher" are the same film except OP misremembered some things due to the fact that memories can change over time.
Maybe it was played by ISAT channel? they have a short films show, a lot of indie movies and creepy things... but i dont know if Isat is aired in Brazil. Another coincidence that i found is "Mad Doctors of Borneo (Webster Colcord)" this was aired in locomotion. :D
Butcher's hook was aired on Locomotion, a weeb channel of Otakus from Argentina 😂 but at "locotomía" a show about international shorts (finally no more fucking Anime) aired it a few times.

sir you are aware that it's lost media right? that means that evidence of it is going to be substantially difficult to find. just because we don't have anything yet doesn't mean it's a hoax. The video was uploaded back in the 2000s on some shady hentai site, where people don't care about preservation so much. It's probably just a compilation of gore clips, starting with a bathroom scene and the guy misremembered because he was so shocked by the contents of the video. It's a strong possibility that only the original uploader has a the full compilation, and best we can do is find the clips.@@beansfebreeze
