For prevention Stay hydrated ,it does help. When it does get bad I use apple cider vinegar let it dry on your skin under the hair then after you shower it out with only water or beard wash dry it well then comb in hemp oil make sure it gets to the skin. So yeah apple cider vinegar works.

My cleanser gets all jammed up in my beard and takes a minute to get out.. I wasn't sure if I should be applying all my skincare steps to the skin under my beard or if it was enough just to cleanse. So for me, I guess the main answer is: Cleanse and Moisturiser the beard, ideally with a brush that can get through the beard Or use a beard shampoo Or Both And save the rest of the skincare steps just for the face

Another awesome video!! Another thing that I use is bears oil or beard balm both very nourishing and help with dandruff as well!! I believe you touched it in the video but I also blow dry my beard out of the shower and have little to no dandruff now!!! 😁
I just figured this out before I got into the show a few minutes ago, and figured I would share it . If you have a long mustache and use dandruff shampoo - let me tell you how you stop having that nasty taste, all day, after you're done . Before you get into the shower, put about a teaspoon, or less if that is too much, in your mouth and keep it there while you shampoo . After you rinse your hair and mustache, put your hand up against your mustache and spit the baking soda mix into your hand and rub it in your mustache . Of course, if you are not a real man, I guess you could put the baking soda mixture in a cup and do it the sissy way ... After you rinse, there is no trace left to taste or smell .
My beard is prematurely greying and when I color it, the roots show up the next day. I used to color it everyday with brown henna and it was ruining my skin. I’ve tried waterproof mascara, pills from amazon, mascara especially made for the beard, and many other things but none of them covererd the roots. Now, I’ve been taking black strap molasses orally and hoping that my greys will eventually turn brown. I used to look great with a beard and look terrible without it. Do you have any suggestions? Please help me. By the way, you’re awesome!!! Keep up the good work!!!
Important but not massively when it comes to this. Itchy skin is usually down to hydration so water levels in the skin. Oils and balms are occlusives and very rarely penetrate the skin to solve the issue. Oils (not so much balms) may add some moisturise to the surface for temporary relief, but it’s not getting to the route of the problem
