Cool idea! I've tried the dishwasher cooker idea before but my food filled with water, ha ha. This looks like a much better idea, especially when I'm in a pinch and camping, especially if it's raining and we can't start a fire!

I'd also wrap the tater and mushrooms up tight - and use wire instead of zip ties! Heat enough to cook the tater is going to melt the zip tie. My truck's engine smells don't need to be on my food.
