Regarding #6 (falling damage free), another way to do it that probably won't be patched out is using the "superhero landing" feature of the Berserker deck. Once you activate the mode, you can fall from any height and do a stylized landing that does damage nearby, while you land without a scratch! These are sweet, I also found a mechanic that’s not too exciting but I feel like it can be easy to miss, if you are datamining you can get all three rewards, just backing out reshuffles the board and requirements for each reward, just do that until you get a favorable setup and you can just type all the requirements in sequence to get all three rewards

My tips after playing for 100 hrs. #1- get reinforced tendons aka double jump very early, it changes the way you can approach so many scenarios in this game you'll want it from the start. I got mine maybe 30 hrs in and next run through it's the first cyberware upgrade I'm getting. #2- do NOT get the scrapper perk. It will automatically scrap all ''junk'', problem is a lot of very expensive jewelry is considered junk. You'll be missing out on tens of thousands, maybe hundreds of thousands of dollars if you explore a lot like me by taking that perk. And how hard is it anyway to go to a machine push one button and get rid of all junk? And there are much better ways of getting components than breaking down junk. Like the can exploit he mentioned in the video, or just breaking down all those weapons and clothes you pick up and dont' use. #3- This game isn't about the main story it's about the sum of it's parts, if you aren't doing the major side quests you're missing out on the intended experience. You can even complete the game mainly doing side quests only, that's how deeply interwoven these quests are into the main story. #4- Be careful of min/maxing your build, so many good perks are scattered throughout all abilities it's best to at least get every ability to level 9. #5- Don't buy weapons or anything else you can get other ways (especially early game), craft it or find it, everything is too overpriced in stores and you'll just have to constantly keep upgrading weapons to keep them at your level anyway which will take too many parts, so don't think you're going to buy a legendary weapon early game and keep using it the entire game unless you're ready to keep a ridiculous amount of parts on hand, in which case if you're not highly specced into technical that won't be practical. Clothes are reasonably priced mostly though.
your #3 conflicts with your #2, because if you're doing #3, money won't ever be a problem, at least in my case. doing NCPD calls rake in the cash from selling loot guns. also, maybe it's from the ongoing patch, but in my case the double jump is defeated by the hover jump. it gets me so much higher and the hover part can save from fall damage
People have standards and expect what was advertised in exchange for their hard-earned cash. You learn what that means once you understand the value of money and work.
A new method of falling without getting hurt, as of 1.6. Just use Rebecca's Edgrunner shotgun "Guts". If you shoot the ground with it just before landing, you'll take 0 fall damage and be perfectly fine.
@@Leandro7470 Yeah my dude. You should check out Strat-Edgy’s video on immersive sims, he really breaks down the history of the genre and how they’ve evolved. If you’re interested in RPGs and sim games it’s a definite must watch.

I hope people who chose to skip this game because of its poor launch will come back and give it a try--it's in my top five games of all time, and the story and characters are top-notch (as is to be expected with CDPR).
The slide is pretty cool. There’s a way to get to V’s mansion on top of his building too. One thing people may not know is that you can shoot the guns out of enemies hands so you can disarm them or make them default to a weaker weapon. Crafting is probably the best perk too. You can build some hella strong weapons especially if you look thru some of the perks.
you can upgrade everything infinitely if you have the mats though so you can become literal god without cheating, it will just take lots of time because it's a pain getting legendary mats

i didn't notice when it appeared, but 1 item that's gonna blow your next gameplay is the hover jump. it jumps higher than the double jump. it can also function as a double jump when you get the hang of it. i think it's the upgraded/purple version of the charged jump cyberware.
double jump before landing close to the ground prevents any fall damage. theres a mod that merchants sells that can enable your gun that renders it as non-lethal

The art piece is a pretty fast money glitch too. in the mission where you meet the guys with the briefcase, at the end of that mission you get a piece of art that you can sell at vendors for 4k, close the vendor and then re-open it. your art piece is still there with a buyback of 5, rinse and repeat until you drain the vendor, advance 24hrs if you want a vendor reset, or move on to the next one along the way. its super broken, I can see them patching this soon though.
The charged jump is better than the double jump, if you buy a cyberware called "Maneuvering system" (it requires 15 in reflexes) you can double jump the charged jump and reach hights you couldn't before. The maneuvering system allows you to dash while in mid air, if you dash right after you do a charged jump, like right after you leave the floor, the height of the charged jump increases a lot so it is like a boosted charged jump and it is so high you actually have time to charge the jump again and do a double jump in mid air, so is by far the best jump enhancement in the game. Be careful of fall damage tho.

All of the V's apartment hoping is so much easier than what you explained. Walk out of the apartment, walk to the elevator, climb said elevator, Climb 3 stories, walk around the landing under the yellow beams around 1 corner then down to the next corner. On the second corner of the railing climb the box, turn around and jump through the wall... Turn left, walk up to the wall and jump over the wall (you can clip through this wall) turn right and walk to the end of the building and you will be standing above the penthouse. The cyberware that slows time will allow you to ADS+Dodge forward, cancel ADS, then Dodge again to land the jump. You can use your slide trick to make the jump. Or use your double jump and walk off the ledge and jump once, then jump as you approach the penthouse.
You can cheese the razor fight another way. There is a implant that does X shock damage when your health falls under 25% or so. Razor doesn't have a ton of HP just a LOT of resistance against blunt damage, so the shock damage took him from 76% to 0% when he landed one good hit :)

Some perks just need to move the decimal to the right. Super Cool especially. 2% movements speed? "I'm so hype, I can walk a whole extra 1/2 big toe faster!"
@@leeman27534 At that point they shouldn't exist because it's pointless. Also there's already level one perks that are very strong and give you entire new mechanics. So this perk is just poorly designed and should be removed or changed.
@@bobbobby475 I could see them reworking everything like they did in the end with the Witcher 3 mutagens.

I did by accident the "secret" ending when I had to go to my bathroom, I left the game on play
Damn
Regarding #6 (falling damage free), another way to do it that probably won't be patched out is using the "superhero landing" feature of the Berserker deck. Once you activate the mode, you can fall from any height and do a stylized landing that does damage nearby, while you land without a scratch! It's a pretty late game and expensive (and niche) solution, but I've been having fun with it!
With cyberpsychos just blind them with basic netrunner ability then get behind them and choke them out. Easier than eating pancakes.
I was half expecting you guys to lie about the secret ending and reference Jake when he said Geralt shows up in a helicopter with a metal arm and says "kept you waiting, huh?"
Nice tip with the sliding. Sometimes I get too carried away when climbing high buildings.
I wouldn't call the respec so much as an actual respect, since it won't let you completely respec ( changing points from body to intelligence for example). Only perk points.
You missed V's secret mansion when making that long jump! The part where you're vertically jumping to get "out of bounds". There's unique weapons and equipment in there.

Hilarious that most of these "things you didn't know you could do" videos for 2077 are mostly glitches and/or unintentional things that didn't play test or iron out at all

i didn't notice when it appeared, but 1 item that's gonna blow your next gameplay is the hover jump. it jumps higher than the double jump. it can also function as a double jump when you get the hang of it. i think it's the upgraded/purple version of the charged jump cyberware.

The railways...it should be a freaking feature, I hate that they cut so much out :/
the secret ending has a requirement btw: you have to have selected the "guy who saved my life " at the end of chipping in. Otherwise it doesn't work
The charged jump is better than the double jump, if you buy a cyberware called "Maneuvering system" (it requires 15 in reflexes) you can double jump the charged jump and reach hights you couldn't before.
