The final shootout was especially idiotic as well.
1.Rishi is a business magnet and whoever opposes his business in their country he want to kill them..so he tells his uncle to kill..His uncle knows nellai and asks to kill..the killer is mathi.
2.Becos Rishi business was not allowed in that country..First he was not against Rishi but later when Rishi name came out,he wanted to kill everyone(nellai and mathi) when mathi came to know this he is against Rishi.
