If you recommend other tv boxes, please do it with the same type I.e. with dvb-t2 tuner. Did you try to update firmware (there’s one rolled out lately) maybe the audio lag in dvb-t reception was because of updating of some apps in the background ?

Chigz that ashame... it seems that Companies are still trying to market new products but using old clunky architecture. Shme these devices cannot be upgraded with standard sodimm modules. Nice reviews and consumer advice. Very much appreciated.

Hello, I have a problem: the Mecool does not play any streaming video via website. For example, if I try to play content on a TV channel site, the screen opens but the video doesn't start. How come? What can I do?

I find with alot of these cheap chinese boxes firmware problems hardware setup not that great and apps not running properly and no product support so once you brought the item your left in the dark I always say now to people buy and Amazon streaming product or get and an Nvidia Shield I have two myself never looked back keep up the good work my man

I hear ya covertfred. At this juncture I can only conclude that it saves them money. Just like installing DDR3 ram, especially only 2 gigs. That along with failing to use more recent graphic technology. Features mean nothing if performance sadly lacks. They must be depending on a new wave of streamer knowing very little. And coming from MeCool is very disappointing. Is this any indication of what lies ahead? I hope not.
They haven't got it right again and what have they done to the Skin? They should put two S2 tuners on it.

Really wish the people making these android dvb boxes would actuallt use Android TV and get a damn agreement in place for google play, they all feel so hacky and poorly thought out, totally pointless for 90% of households if they've got to screw around with fixing broken apps most of the time.

stopped viewing when you said sound stutter on dvb t. not your fault but my sony tv is worse. it can t even format hdd.
