Good question, and absolutely. Teachable is one of the options and I created a video specifically about the feature: ua-cam.com/video/a2DGqE9i3iU/v-deo.html Kartra, LearnWorlds, Podia, & Payhip also have quiz capabilities.
LearnWorlds allows you to upload from Excel, here is some documentation that talks about that: support.learnworlds.com/support/solutions/articles/12000087228-how-to-import-questions-to-an-assessment-from-the-question-bank support.learnworlds.com/support/solutions/articles/12000087253-how-to-import-questions-from-an-xls-file
I would say that they are fair/reasonably priced compared to what the market offers overall. There is also the factor of the courses you are going to be selling, the price point, and how many sales you could be making. Prices are much easier to justify when you are selling higher tighter items, compared to lower ticker items. Yours, and everyone else's mileage may vary, of course.
Do any of these platforms have quiz capabilities? I need to provide a final exam at the end of my courses. Thanks.

in terms of how much money it's going to cost you, would you say teachable is good/bad compared to the rest?
