I struggle so severely with my mental health, my own depression, crippling anxieties, my living situation is horrible. Everyday is the same, same struggle, with no way out. I have been the worse I have ever been, and even thoughts of falling back into old bad habits again, this band has helped me try everything in my power to heal and to keep moving so I can get to where I want to be, wherever that is. Love you guys 💚
The band helps me with my mental health issues too (PTSD, MDD, etc). They make me feel seen and understood. It's also nice to see someone successful, who has some of the same struggles that I do. This is literally how I've felt over the past couple of months. My demons came crashing in, to the point I almost considered drinking again. Luckily I kept my word and instead poured myself into my current projects, and spent extra time with the one person in this world who always seems to make the saddest of days happy, my niece. Soon to have another reason to keep holding on and keeping fighting ❤️🩹❤️🩹
