When Gura gets all of her skills maxed out, bucket + cooking / bl book + water /asacoco + fan beam collabs and the green numbers simply don't stop popping up.
Regardless of whether you know vtubers or not, you shouldn't miss out on this game. It's free to play and I 100% guarantee that you will love this game like I did. You are missing out otherwise.
This is my favorite group song in Hololive, I broke out into song and with tears running down my face when I found out that this was the was course’s theme.
It's the same appeal as streamers in general honestly. You enjoy their personalities, you watch them. You don't, you watch other streamers. The anime aesthetic and GFE's and everything else is very superficial, so if that's what got you stumped you don't even have to understand those to enjoy watching vtubers, they're just interesting to watch or listen to, a lot of times also cute. I think that's the broader and bigger appeal.
@@NotSomeJustinWithoutAMoustache yeah, im not really super into streamers either, tend to prefer certain groups and all that, but v-tubing, or at least the big name ones, tend to have an extra layer of overwhelming. i know the lore isn't necessary, and i could easily avoid this game if i wanted to, but it's still ... a lot. like, i need a dictionary to be able to talk about this stuff half the time lmao. i also don't really find the cutesy anime girl aesthetic very appealing personally! i do think this trend is more good than bad in the end, but it still isn't really my cup of tea!
@@princeapoopoo5787Oh yeah, there's a lot of vocabulary involved, especially with hololive as they are a Japanese company first and foremost, a ton of the talents do pull some of their vocabulary from Japanese media and subcultures. I do think that that is something universal across all streamer niches though, for example to understand an xQc stream you have to understand twitch lingo and zoomer culture. To understand apex live streams you need to know in-game terminology, etc. The anime aesthetic is again superficial. The only reason I state that is you can watch them without even caring about the aesthetic, think of it like talking with a friend. If your friend has an interesting personality, or is really funny, etc, you wouldn't really care whether they looked pretty/ugly as per your standards, that's not the reason they're your friend. They're your friend simply presumably because they're fun to listen to, you can look past their superficial aesthetic and simply be with them not for the sake of their face and outwardly appearance but because being in their company is simply entertaining. I respect not liking, or even being off-put by the aesthetic though and understand it's not for everyone, but if it's the only thing holding you back it might not be as unbearable as you might think to sit through their streams. Half the time I only open their streams like podcasts to hear what they have to say, and I don't even see their webcams so I think it's more than sufficient proof their faces don't matter. Their main value is personality. Even if they were to lose their avatar 95% of their fans would still watch them for that personality alone, that's why I think personality is the true core of vtubers, you can switch avatars, change voices, even switch lore and virtual gender and whatever and people will still be able to tell it's you simply because it's only you who has such a mix of intrinsic personalities separate from the virtual representation you have, on the contrary if you try to get someone who sounds like the vtuber replace the vtuber's current voice actor, even if the voice is 1:1 people will still notice the change in personality, eg Kizuna Ai's case where the VA was replaced for some reason, it felt like a cheap copy even though the 2nd VA was cool too it's just not the same, but that's just how I look at it anyways.
原曲もホロキュア版もどっちも大好き
