thought so, can do 360 backflips from about chest height on to grass yet i find running gainers/vikings and kick the moons almost always naturally without much thought, while the 360s i have to think about it thoroughly, thanks man made my cork motivation skyrocket

wow!!! i just done a full on my tramp and done what you said about driving the left atm backwards and i almost overspun off my tramp 😂 its makes a huge difference because i would only throw my right arm into it and tuck but now its so much better thank you!! 😄👍👊

Idk why but dub cork is kinda easier for me because on a single cork I'm kinda afraid of kicking and if I kick for a single I either over rotate it and fall or under rotate and fall again. Anyone like me?
+Luc Riedhauser (DerRiedi) it just takes repetition and practice. Timing, strength and technique = height. Gotta use all of your muscles at the right time to their full potential. And that just comes with practice.
Hey! Love this tutorial, and your other tricking/freerunning tutorials. I'm terrified of backflips. I just can't get over the fear of a standing backflip. I can do a jonah backflip, a corkscrew, and a kick the moon, and i can do a backflip on a tramp, but I just can't do it on the ground. So don't get discouraged from doing the cork if you can't backflip, but also it's really pissing me off, and i'm beating myself up over the fact that I can't do a standing backflip. Do you have any tips?

Kick higher.. dont focus on your spin until you're off the ground. I think it's your height that was too low.

Nope. A gainer is a backflip with forward movement. A cork includes no full flip. Also a Cork is basically 1 1/2 twists.
