    Breathe and Flow is a yoga and lifestyle channel owned by Bre and Flo Niedhammer. Combined they are trained in Vinyasa yoga, Hatha yoga, Yin yoga, Myofascial Release (MFR), pre- and postnatal yoga, Functional Movement, Animal Flow, Kinstretch, Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) mobility training, Functional Range Assessment (FRA) and Anatomy Trains Structural. Bre and Flo have taught at several premium yoga studios for many years and are teaching their teacher trainings, retreats, and workshops around the world.     always great to see you guys. i do your powerful ancient tummo breathing daily, then Flo's who are you, then Bre's 11 minute guided meditation for more peace, then Bre's five minute guided meditation for anxiety. sometimes only the first two. of course this will change but this has been my routine for several months. thank you and bless you.     Great quick one, Bre - thanks! I was having trouble focusing, trying to multitask while following an online lecture, and then this popped up during my break. Perfect timing! ❤
    As a feedback though - that 1-minute sponsor segment in a short video wasn't the perfect place for it. People watching this are most likely already short on time, and are unlikely to spend an extra minute to watch an ad - and those who don't wanna watch it (including me) have to spend extra time and effort to skip it, so they can get on with the quick practice.

    Love u guys for all these amazing life transforming videos❤️ I have always had this question... The bodies that you have are result of just yoga?? It is way better than people hitting gym every day but unbelievable to some terms that only yoga can do this.

      We have a ton of short classes that we want to get out before changing things up again. But you still got a few hundred classes in the channel. Have you already done them all several times? If so we also have our Wolfpack platform with extra content. In which country are you where you can’t join? This should not be the case anymore 🙏🏽

      No we will have more 20-40 min classes coming in addition to the several hundred existing ones here for free. On the Wolfpack platform is deeper and extra content and it’s because of those people that we can publish at all here on UA-cam, longer and shorter videos 🙏🏽

    I’d just do five minutes more of bench.
