Nice one! I do something similar and I use this shape: D at 9th fret , D again at 11th, G string at 11th and B at 12. Suspended 2nd arpeggio I think is called? And in different groups of 3 strings like G=5, G=7, B=8, e=8. So I use intervals of 1-2-5-8 and i move it around in similar way. Yours sounds a bit better though, I ll try that too :)
