Basically during their big 2004-2009 run all the content that didn’t make the main albums were workshopped into those additional projects. Check out Water Curses (SJ Era) People (Feels Era) and Prospect Hummer (Sung Tongs Era) with Vashti Bunyan. She has one of the most beautiful voices in music, and I’d highly recommend checking out her own album Just Another Diamond Day at some point. Her story is wonderful.
Make sure to do Water Curses if you haven't listened yet, it's one of their best. Also make sure you listen to the song Safer if you haven't because that one is seriously special.

9:40 to answer that, Avey once said that Graze and I Think I Can were intended to be in Merriweather, but they decided to don't put it in the record cuz they didn't fit very well to them.

i remember everyone was excited about this release because of how good Merriweather was and this came out a month after Losing Feeling EP by No Age. Man music was so good at the time, I was so content.
Centipede Hz is one of their best albums. Painting with is their most underrated album. I've probably listened to Painting with more than any of their other albums and they've been one of my favorite bands since 2005 when Feels came out. I could listen to the intros of What Would I Want? Sky & I Think I Can for over an hour each. Some of the AnCo EP’s have some of my favorite songs of theirs. Definitely check out Prospect Hummer, Water Curses, People, and Meeting of the Waters. Prospect Hummer is up there with their best records imo
You should do a first reaction to My Bloody Valentine - Loveless and Black Moth Super Rainbow - Dandelion Gum. Two very different albums but absolutely worthwhile. I typically hate first reaction videos but for whatever reason your channel reminds me of being young and discovering so many amazing artist.
snowy, I'm a follower of yours on album of the year (leaningin) and I always see your reviews and I realize that you're very similar to me both in analysis and in taste, and I thought it was really cool that you followed me back. but straight to the point, could you listen to the band "raue"? is an underground band that I really think deserved more recognition, so if you were to listen, I would recommend listening to their 2021 album (band title) or maybe their 2 song ep (KARMA!!), if you read this, I hope you like this band!
