    Dancing With The Stars Champion Donald Driver. He also had a football career where he was a 5x Pro Bowler, still holds franchise records for most catches and receiving yards, is top 5 for franchise touchdowns as well, and was a part of the Packers SB 45 team.
    As a Packer fan he's my favorite player of all time but, his career was on the decline when the Rodgers era really started to pick up steam and has been overshadowed by Jordy Nelson and Davante Adams. Would love to know your thoughts. Great content as always.

    Drew Bree’s: i watched your updated top 10 QBS and your ranking was fair, but I do think it’s debatable whether he belongs in the top 5, it really surprises me how criminally underrated he is in the eyes of the casual viewer and even to some of the so called “analysts” I could spend all day naming his records and accolades and why he’s an all time great QB but unfortunately my wife’s father-in-law just recently passed from a marijuana overdose and I’m at the funeral, keep pumping out quality content!

    • @fortynights1513
      @fortynights1513 Рік тому +2

      He might not have gotten every accolade he deserved, but he should make Canton easily.

    • @justinjackson6138
      @justinjackson6138 Рік тому

      @@fortynights1513 I appreciate the input and I agree with you on most, i understand that Bree’s is looked at as one of the better QBS all time from most and makes canton easy but I think he’s more than just a tad underrated, I don’t think he’s one of the single most underrated either but when it comes to conversations of the greatest QBS of all time I feel like his name doesn’t come up enough, especially when it comes to the so called “analysts”. (Maybe I’m just a little biased being a saints fan but I do enjoy the varying opinions because it makes me look at this from different perspectives)

    • @justinjackson6138
      @justinjackson6138 Рік тому

      @@muffin7483 I agree but like Barry has said a few different times, his greatest seasons that deserved an MVP unluckily lined up with other all time QBS greatest seasons, just terrible timing really.

    • @fortynights1513
      @fortynights1513 Рік тому +1

      @@justinjackson6138 You could say his name doesn’t come up quite enough by those who value team performance (say what you want about how much it matters here, but those are the people who probably don’t acknowledge him enough). But those who look at stats and do comparative analysis would agree that he’s top ten or five.
      The reason why I say he didn’t get every accolade he deserved is because you could argue he deserved the 09 MVP, and probably at least one of his second team all pro selections should have been a first, and probably at least one year where he didn’t get any he should have gotten a second.
      Brees is a certain amount of underrated in all time discussions.
      But to me, an example of someone who should be considered among the most underrated is someone like the 70’s receiver Harold Jackson who accomplished all of the following:
      He played from 1968-1983, and while his yearly yardage numbers don’t look like much now, he actually has the most receiving yards, receiving touchdowns, and receptions of any receiver in the 70’s.
      He averaged more yards per reception on more receptions than Hall of Fame Raider receiver Cliff Branch.
      And he retired second in career receiving yards to Don Maynard in 1983.
      And yet, he didn’t make the 70’s all decade team (Lynn Swann and Drew Pearson made it over him) or Canton, and is by and large completely forgotten.
      To me, that’s a bigger discrepancy and is more underrated than being a Hall of Famer by consensus and not acknowledged as one of the few best enough by analysts.

    • @fortynights1513
      @fortynights1513 Рік тому

      Giambi you could argue provides a bit more as a hitter (Ichiro didn’t have that much power from an M’s fan).
      But as a fielder, Giambi was a first baseman and Ichiro a great fielding corner outfielder, and Ichiro was also faster and a base stealer.
      Ichiro definitely was the MVP in 2001, though if all you did was look at hitting, I see why you could think Giambi.

    Barry I wanted to know how you feel about the duo of De Aaron Fox and Domantas Sabonis. I feel like they don’t get talked about enough in the Convo of best duos in the NBA. They also are a big reason the Kings are making the playoffs. Also GREAT videos Barry. You’re a class act for posting these hilarious videos that always brighten my day.

    As a Kansas Sports fan, I’d like to hear about Mark Mangino, the last notable KU Football coach. He was fired for issues with the players and could’ve coached longer if he kept himself grounded. I just wonder if he could’ve gotten KU a National championship

    Pedro ceranno. He was no doubt a key contributor to cleavelands surprise turnaround and his power was arguably unmatched but he had god awful pitch recognition which led to him taking just way to many strike outs in my opinion

    Lips of an Angel - Hinder. While I don't condone the extra marital affair our protagonist partakes in, that song bangs 10 times out of 10. Couldn't even name another song by Hinder and it doesn't matter cause Lips is just so damn catchy.

    As a fellow Eagles fan, I’m curious to hear your thoughts on Howie Roseman. He’s definitely one of the most interesting GM’s in sports today, has a Super Bowl ring, makes savvy moves, but he constantly gets doubted by the media and some fans. You don’t really a see a guy with his track record be doubted like he is.

    Matt Forte. Probably the most underated rb since 2000 and while his touchdown numbers aren't great the yards are for his time in chicago where he was there only consistent offensive weapon. As a tulane I would love to hear your opinion. Also, stay epic Barry.

    The movie Troy. Critics (neckbeards) trash it because it strays so much from the Iliad but with its brilliant casting, music and cinematography I'd argue it's on the mt Rushmore of just historical epics. Love your channel and fight against pre marital coitus
