That one continuous shot in the 2018 film during trick/treating was probably my favorite shot in any film ever. And I’m glad the first Rob zombie Halloween gets some credit here, it definitely aged better than expected. 2007 was also a badass year for Halloween in general
Barry is a walking W at this point he covers the two best sports leagues, has fantastic arguing/debating chops, bold opinions, has funny and dry humor, running jokes, and is now talking about my favorite movies. Keep doing what you’re doing Barry ❤️
That whole thing about Michael Myers being homophobic because of Halloween Kills is mostly just jokes. There's a couple of serious tweets but most of them are just poking fun at the contrast of the new Chucky series where he says 'gendya fluid' compared to Michael killing two gay guys or the butt of the joke being that they're worried about a homicidal force of nature being homophobic.
Barry the Halloween franchise is also my favorite Michael Myers is so good when mysterious that's why I don't like Halloween 6 because of the way it explains his motive
I'm pretty sure this won't be a successful as your other videos, but damn it this was awesome. I'm an enormous Halloween fan and a fan of how much you crap on Tom Brady. Also this might be one of the most accurate rankings of this franchise I've ever seen. Props to you and your failed marriages
People look at me weird when I say the 78 Halloween is my favorite movie of all time. Perfect amount of cheesy and ahead of its time in terms of horror
Totally agree. You are so damn funny and I love your sports videos plus this one and Halloween is one of my all time favorite horror franchises and favorite franchise in general🎃
i would love to see more content like this outside of sports. i really enjoyed this and the top 10 horror villains video and the fact that you enjoy making different content is another reason you should totally make more videos like this gooday Mr. McCockiner
I've only seen the Halloween from 2 years ago. While I'm not a fan of American horror movies (gore and action just don't scare me) I thought it was still a good overall movie. Characters, acting, cinematography were actually pretty good.
Check out John Carpenter’s The Thing if you haven’t. Same director behind the original Halloween, but it has wondrous practical effects to add to the acting, characters and cinematography
I like that you branched off of sports for a video. Your narration style and unapologetic opinions are great, even when I disagree with them. I’m pretty sure I’d watch anything you put into a top 10 style video
You nailed it, I wouldn’t change a single ranking. I literally said the same thing about the flashback in kills, it was worth the pride of admission to see Loomis again
great video Barry. I’m a horror fan too this was a nice surprise to see in my yt recommended it’d be cool if you did more videos like this about other franchises/movies when you aren’t making sports videos. I would certainly watch. happy Halloween
Love the video just watched the original Halloween for the first time last night. It was very good and definitely unnerving. Great video I enjoy the different content.
Do more movie videos, your style lends itself to the topic very well. 1. Halloween (1978) 2. Halloween (2018) 3. Halloween 2 (1981) 4. Halloween Kills 5. Halloween IV: The Return of Michael Myers 6. Halloween H20: 20 Years Later 7. Rob Zombie's Halloween (2007) 8. Halloween III: Season of the Witch 9. Halloween: the Curse of Michael Myers 10. Rob Zombie's Halloween II 11. Halloween V: the Revenge of Michael Myers 12. Halloween: Resurrection
The white horse in "Halloween II" (2009) was actually a reference to the Bible (specifically chapter 6, verses 7-8 of the Book of Revelation): "[B]ehold, an ashen horse; and he who sat on it had the name Death; and Hades was following with him" The movie "Tombstone" (1993) also modernized it with: "Behold a pale horse. The man who sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him." Basically, what the movie is saying is that Death communicates to Michael in his dreams and does so in the form of his mother (i.e. someone he loves and trusts). Michael is the Hell/Hades that follows with him.
Damn that’s a good observation about the officer Hawkins dude. Michael just keeps walking by him like he stole something out of a store and Hawkins shoot at him like Elmer Fudd
Halloween:Resurrection may not be the best movie, but no other movie has Busta Rhymes karate kicking Michael Myers out a window so it earns bonus points for that.
You underrated H20 and REALLY underrated Halloween 3. For as much shit as that movie gets for not having Michael Myers, imo it's one of the more interesting sequels. My top 4 would prob be Halloween 1978 H20 Halloween 2018 Halloween 3
BEST TO WORST HALLOWEEN (1978) - 10/10 Halloween Kills (2021) - You Can’t Kill The Boogeyman - 8/10 HALLOWEEN Resurrection (2001) - 7/10 - People hate this movie because the main character was a black man that didn’t need a gun nor an axe to kick Michael’s ass and out think him late in the movie - The whole “we’re trapped in the house with Michael Myers” idea was brilliant and we watched as fans see him kill each person one by one in a dark empty cold house for fun - The funniest of all the movies by far - “Trick or Treat Muthafucka” HALLOWEEN 4 (1988) - 7/10 - Michael’s Back! - Love the new plot but the ending was pretty... weak...it was still a good movie nonetheless Halloween (2018) - Absolute Murder Rampage by Michael - 7/10 HALLOWEEN H20 (1998) - 6/10 - Good Beginning with the nurse - Perfect Ending with the axe. BUT! You can’t kill the boogeyman! - Too much stalking in between the intro and the last 20 minutes HALLOWEEN 6 (1996) - 4/10 - Michael got his 14 year old niece pregnant, end of discussion - But....Good Kill Scenes HALLOWEEN 2 (1981) - 4/10 - Boring as hell - He doesn’t do shit but go around killing a few people in pretty much an empty Hospital - Last scene was pretty descent given Loomis and the audiences Awareness that you couldn’t shoot him to death HALLOWEEN 5 (1989) - The Worst Movie of the Franchise - 3/10 Rating - The Worst Mask non-debatable - TINA TINA TINA - Michael Cries - The Myers house is ass - Robbed of a great Rachel, Loomis and Jamie ending against Michael - Horrible Jail ending scene - Jamie uses Telekinesis with Michael Myers and is a fucking mute - This movie literally ignores Jamie killing her stepmother at the end of H4
Alright, off the top of my head: 1. Halloween 2. Halloween 2 3. Halloween Return of Michael Myers 4. Rob Zombie Halloween 5. Halloween H20 6. Halloween Revenge of Michael Myers 7. Halloween 2018 8. Halloween Kills 9. Halloween Curse of Michael Myers 10. Rob Zombie Halloween 2 11. Halloween 3 Season of the Witch 12. Halloween Resurrection I think Halloween 2018 did some really cool stuff, but I like the Rachel and Jamie more than the characters introduced in this one. Halloween 3 is only so low because Myers isn't in it, and I've really only seen it the one time way back when. I'm sure its' a better movie than Resurrection tho. It'd be fun to watch all of these in a month and make a more definitive list, as it's quite possible I'd rank 2018 higher as a movie but I really did like most all of the previous movies quite a lot. Have you seen the Saw series? If so, it'd be cool to hear your thoughts. Edit: I watched your top 10 from last year and you said what you think of the Saw series. I love the labyrinth of mind games, lessons, and presentation of humanity at it's highs and lows. I personally don't think it's torture porn but if the traps are what sticks with you the most, I can see why you would think that. I just think the underlying story and how so much was connected (albeit sometimes retroactively) was really entertaining. I think they're really smart horror movies.
"Kills off a great character in Rachel, the heroine. No offense to Demi Lovato" that fuckin killed me!
I had to pause and take a breathe after hearing that Hahahaah
Like how Heroine almost killed(No offense to minorities in horror films) Demi Lovato?
🤣🤣
I’m not really a horror movie guy but I’ll watch to support the legend Barry love that you’re expanding beyond sports videos.
He was recently on a Podcast and said he wanted to expand past Sports and do a bunch of stuff. He also wants to do more basketball videos
@@producedbykhireyakeem4340 awesome
The scariest movie Barry has ever seen is the one where Tom Brady keeps lucking his way into more Super Bowl rings.
Ted 2
"He should have been helping lebron winning a ring" 😂
love that you’re expanding beyond just sports man, you’re potential with UA-cam is endless your one liners are hilarious.
I hope as he grows his editing doesn’t become too polished.
They aren’t even one liners in the traditional sense I think, he just whips them in there in between transitions and it’s very entertaining for me.
Michael Myers is actually a representation of Tom Brady’s intangibles
Lol that was a good one friend
That one continuous shot in the 2018 film during trick/treating was probably my favorite shot in any film ever. And I’m glad the first Rob zombie Halloween gets some credit here, it definitely aged better than expected. 2007 was also a badass year for Halloween in general
Halloween but it's Barry trying to destroy Brady's Legacy and it keeps resurrecting
Barry is a walking W at this point he covers the two best sports leagues, has fantastic arguing/debating chops, bold opinions, has funny and dry humor, running jokes, and is now talking about my favorite movies. Keep doing what you’re doing Barry ❤️
Can not believe you did Halloween three dirty like that, it’s such a fun movie
That whole thing about Michael Myers being homophobic because of Halloween Kills is mostly just jokes. There's a couple of serious tweets but most of them are just poking fun at the contrast of the new Chucky series where he says 'gendya fluid' compared to Michael killing two gay guys or the butt of the joke being that they're worried about a homicidal force of nature being homophobic.
I was so unbelievably stoked when I saw the notification
Barry the Halloween franchise is also my favorite Michael Myers is so good when mysterious that's why I don't like Halloween 6 because of the way it explains his motive
The references like the Dream Team and Laettner one helped me understand this a lot lmaooo grade A move by Barry once again
Could you ever do Terminator or Indiana Jones series ranked?
T2 is the best, then the original. All of the other ones don't even matter.
People look at me weird when I say the 78 Halloween is my favorite movie of all time. Perfect amount of cheesy and ahead of its time in terms of horror
Good job man. It takes skill to marry two cultures together while also maintaining good knowledge of both. Well done.
8:04 I love the Ned Flanders comment.
Micheal Myers is a true legend he works hard for his status has never cheats his fans. Not carried by a system like a certain somebody
I love that you tried something new! I’m a huge fan of cinema so I’d love to keep seeing these types of videos. Great video!
Hey as both an NFL fan and a horror films I liked this kind of content. Hope to see you branch out more I think you're super funny.
The only thing I disagree with it Halloween 3s placement. I love it, it is in my personal top 5 but every other movie is at a respectable position
your first horror movie video single handedly made me interested in them LOL if you made more content about this i would not be opposed at all
The goat Barry has blessed us once again
Totally agree. You are so damn funny and I love your sports videos plus this one and Halloween is one of my all time favorite horror franchises and favorite franchise in general🎃
i would love to see more content like this outside of sports. i really enjoyed this and the top 10 horror villains video and the fact that you enjoy making different content is another reason you should totally make more videos like this gooday Mr. McCockiner
I love this so much. Thanks Barry, and I am in favor of trying new stuff. The football references made this 10x better than normal movie reviewers
Barry you should do a video ranking your top 10 horror films of all time
Holy shit. My favorite NFL youtuber rating my favorite horror movies. Today is a good day.
Halloween is my favorite horror franchise too
This is just what I asked for in your last post. Thank you!
Bro honestly whatever type of video you make I’m watching, you always are able to make me laugh and make things enjoyable so keep it up I’m all for it
I’d like it if you expanded the realm of your content! Enjoyed this
I've only seen the Halloween from 2 years ago. While I'm not a fan of American horror movies (gore and action just don't scare me) I thought it was still a good overall movie. Characters, acting, cinematography were actually pretty good.

“Kevin King of the franchise.” I love it😂
halloween has the messiest timeline in movie history and i love it.
When Michael Killed everyone at the end of Halloween kills was the moment I knew he was the horror movie goat. I think Halloween kills top 2
Barry reviewing one of my favorite horror franchises is certainly a surprise but a very welcome one
Even tho you have some L takes and L videos you make me laugh and you’re entertaining af. Subbed
Barry, you should do more movie reviews. Really great content and of course laughs
Nice ranking. My top five are Halloween (1978), Halloween 4, Halloween 6 (theatherial cut), Halloween 2018 and Halloween Ends. 🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃
He saved us a an entire weekend of binge watching thanks b Mac
Agreed on Halloween 4. The acting by kid Danielle Harris was outstanding
You nailed it, I wouldn’t change a single ranking. I literally said the same thing about the flashback in kills, it was worth the pride of admission to see Loomis again
Michael Myers is like 70 years old in Halloween 2021
Barry can do it all. He got some excellent movie knowledge! Keep it up! Can't wait for more
I love imagining what it was like to work on the original film, or to be a cartoonist in the early days of tv, or being the lonely island, etc
I just genuinely enjoy your content. Keep up the good work
Loved this video. I really hope it does well since I'd love to see more non-sports videos from Barry
you could say aj green was scared of the spotlight
great video Barry. I’m a horror fan too this was a nice surprise to see in my yt recommended it’d be cool if you did more videos like this about other franchises/movies when you aren’t making sports videos. I would certainly watch. happy Halloween
great video barry. Halloween's also my favorite horror movie franchise. I'd really like to see more videos like this
Love the video just watched the original Halloween for the first time last night. It was very good and definitely unnerving. Great video I enjoy the different content.
great video barry i’m a huge horror movie and halloween fan. if you could do a star wars ranked video too that be awesome.
Nice change of pace from the sports videos 🤌🏻
That really should be your sign-off from now on
You made this very interesting to watch. I hope you expand your content even more outside of football
Do more movie videos, your style lends itself to the topic very well.

You need to rate Christmas movies too. I’d love to get your take on Home Alone and A Christmas Story.
I'd love to see a Home Alone series ranking
The white horse in "Halloween II" (2009) was actually a reference to the Bible (specifically chapter 6, verses 7-8 of the Book of Revelation):
"[B]ehold, an ashen horse; and he who sat on it had the name Death; and Hades was following with him"

More movie reviews Barry!
Barry I love this change of content
Barry thank you, your the best, love the videos even tho I love Tom Brady
Accurate ranking. Good point about Hawkins. Interesting! 👍
Love this series
Dude you’re a fucking hero for liking horror movies.
Besides Michael Myers himself my favorite character has always been Loomis
Damn that’s a good observation about the officer Hawkins dude. Michael just keeps walking by him like he stole something out of a store and Hawkins shoot at him like Elmer Fudd
We need more videos like this
Halloween 2009 is my favourite Bc i love how rob zombie creates a movie that he can do himself
The actor in 4 work hockey pads under the jumpsuit
Not a bad list, better than some others 💯 keep it up brotha
Mentioning Kevin King gives me Vietnam flashbacks
I don't even like horror stuff. I just think Barry's commentary is neat.

I think the movie where SysTom gets taken by the Eli Reaper at the end is my favorite. I forgot the name tho
That F*** Tom Brady at the end killed me lol
A 6'8 Myers should have been helping Lebron win another title....🤣🤣🤣
Halloween:Resurrection may not be the best movie, but no other movie has Busta Rhymes karate kicking Michael Myers out a window so it earns bonus points for that.
Incoming “he looks the same” jokes at 4:02
We need a Halloween ends review
You underrated H20 and REALLY underrated Halloween 3. For as much shit as that movie gets for not having Michael Myers, imo it's one of the more interesting sequels.
My top 4 would prob be
Halloween 1978
H20
Halloween 2018
Halloween 3
BEST TO WORST
HALLOWEEN (1978)
- 10/10
Halloween Kills (2021)
- You Can’t Kill The Boogeyman
- 8/10
HALLOWEEN Resurrection (2001)
- 7/10
- People hate this movie because the main character was a black man that didn’t need a gun nor an axe to kick Michael’s ass and out think him late in the movie
- The whole “we’re trapped in the house with Michael Myers” idea was brilliant and we watched as fans see him kill each person one by one in a dark empty cold house for fun
- The funniest of all the movies by far
- “Trick or Treat Muthafucka”
HALLOWEEN 4 (1988)
- 7/10
- Michael’s Back!
- Love the new plot but the ending was pretty... weak...it was still a good movie nonetheless
Halloween (2018)
- Absolute Murder Rampage by Michael
- 7/10
HALLOWEEN H20 (1998)
- 6/10
- Good Beginning with the nurse
- Perfect Ending with the axe. BUT! You can’t kill the boogeyman!
- Too much stalking in between the intro and the last 20 minutes
HALLOWEEN 6 (1996)
- 4/10
- Michael got his 14 year old niece pregnant, end of discussion
- But....Good Kill Scenes
HALLOWEEN 2 (1981)
- 4/10
- Boring as hell
- He doesn’t do shit but go around killing a few people in pretty much an empty Hospital
- Last scene was pretty descent given Loomis and the audiences Awareness that you couldn’t shoot him to death
HALLOWEEN 5 (1989)
- The Worst Movie of the Franchise
- 3/10 Rating
- The Worst Mask non-debatable
- TINA TINA TINA
- Michael Cries
- The Myers house is ass
- Robbed of a great Rachel, Loomis and Jamie ending against Michael
- Horrible Jail ending scene
- Jamie uses Telekinesis with Michael Myers and is a fucking mute
- This movie literally ignores Jamie killing her stepmother at the end of H4
Bad list
Bad list and busta rhymes wasn’t the main character but he was probably the best thing about it but movie was still ass lol
Halloween is my favorite franchise ever to
Thank u for helping me not have to watch these , also I agree because of seeing reviews and clips.
The rex ryan line...
Alright, off the top of my head: 1. Halloween 2. Halloween 2 3. Halloween Return of Michael Myers 4. Rob Zombie Halloween 5. Halloween H20 6. Halloween Revenge of Michael Myers
7. Halloween 2018 8. Halloween Kills 9. Halloween Curse of Michael Myers 10. Rob Zombie Halloween 2 11. Halloween 3 Season of the Witch 12. Halloween Resurrection
I think Halloween 2018 did some really cool stuff, but I like the Rachel and Jamie more than the characters introduced in this one. ngl 1978 michael myers will always be the #1 for me too
Barry I needed a video from u I was so bored
