      That , was amazing . I can’t understand why we humans need to control and manage everything around us. We destroy habitat , we kill, we hunt, we treat animals with such disregard...it makes me cry. If we let animals manage themselves ( for the most part) - nature, in time, will work a balance out on its own. How some people can shoot a bear ? Unless it’s self defence - there is no need, we just need to not insist on playing and destroying in their back yard, and find more places for the bears to go, and let’s just try and be happy, and maybe, just maybe - this new generation will take better care of this planet and the animals that live on it ? I hope so, or there may not be any bears, wolves, cougars and other amazing and majestic animals to see, unless you go to a zoo.

    What does this trip cost?? Just to have an idea. How many days are you out there? Maybe that I can once join you on a future trip, while visiting canada! Did you take the photos with the EF 500 mm II?? Or did you use the 200-400 mm EF ? Thanks for the beautiful video!

    Do you normally set your ISO to Auto? Looks like from the pictures you put up, that might be the case. Just curious. Love these episodes!

    So the Khutzeymateen is protected, which helps the Grizzlies. But are Grizzlies protected in the Great Bear Rainforests? I know individuals are often found there now.

    • @john660
      @john660 8 років тому

      +Wrighty1193 they're not really protected in most of the Great Bear Rainforest, unfortunately. Though hopefully that's going to change soon with political pressure.

    Canada is a beautiful with very nice people. grizzly bears exist in other states and county's also . as far as i no Alaska , has more protected brown bears than any in the world. john ? nice job ...all bears matter also. .. the entire species matters. from point a to point b/not just the few in Canada .

    Awesome 👍🏻👊🏻👊🏻 I’m so glad you get to venture into such a beautiful and pristine sanctuary where bears and all animals can roam free and be so content with their natural surroundings. I would love to be able to see Grizzlies in the wild and film and photograph such a majestic and beautiful bear. I’m also against hunting Grizzlies and wolves they need to be protected in the wild. Thanks for sharing !!!! Danny

    Thankfully there is no Grizzly Bear hunt anymore in BC

  • @scottmontgomery4537
    @scottmontgomery4537 6 років тому +3

    Hold on. Approx 15,000 grizzly bears in the whole province of British Columbia and hunters took about 300. That's .02 %. That's what you call a slaughter? I gave this a thumbs down. I never hunted grizzly bear and never will but this is ridiculous.

    • @Jacoabril
      @Jacoabril 6 років тому +2

      It's actually 2%. Quite something i'd say.

    • @scottmontgomery4537

      @@scottmontgomery4537sorry but it is 2% not .02….do the math…it’s pretty simple…..
