Back when worked for an AC Delco distributor, one of the garages we sold parts to had an older lady who had a car that stopped running so it was towed to his shop. He couldn't find anything wrong. Then it happened again the following week, but he still couldn't find any faults. So he told the lady that he wanted to take a ride with her after work and drive the exact route she drove on. So they were driving along and all of a sudden the engine quit. The interesting thing is the car quit at that exact spot the other two times. High powered electrical lines crossed the road at that spot. The electromagnetic radiation caused the computer in the car to fail. He replaced the computer and the car was fixed.
