Idk if this will help, but my father just got a brutal divorce. For two years all it was was broken relationships, but recently he found someone that makes him giggle like a little boy and stay up late on a FaceTime. People don't know how to love others these days but they surely know how to JUDGE and DISCRIMINATE! I love myself but I also I guess just wanted what every superficial being had (or is striving to get) that which is a successful life and successful, happy relationships! I used to do these things. I believed in myself, and focused on myself. Self improvement. For me, people I saw as a friend kept me at a distance, until I realised that I wasn't valued and walked away, my entire family rejected me and now pretends I don't exist, and I've not met anyone who appreciated my presence. It's been 24 years, so that argument about "Keep trying" is nonsensical. I'm not a horrible person, and I do my best to have courtesy, empathy and be helpful. But I guess people don't see me as a valuable part of their lives. Just like my family. This is okay. I've grown comfortable being alone. And I will live my life to the best of my ability without the need for social contact. Besides, it's well known that you can't appreciate or express something you don't understand, so if it can't be learned, why try. You'll just disappoint yourself.

@@amarjeetkaur7379 You can ask your questions here. I'm sure others will answer. To answer about why people do this. Simple. People are generally too busy worrying about their own lives to concern themselves with your feelings. You've most likely also done it. We all have. It's just the way of the world, and if you've been unlucky enough to constantly feel out of place in different environments, you're just going to have to accept this, and focus on enjoying your life. It's hard but after a while those feelings become numb and you focus on enjoying life the best you can. That's really all you can do. Why fall apart and live in misery? For others? What have they done for you? Nothing. Do they matter? No. So don't let it get you down. Just continue moving forward. Life can be rewarding in other ways if not socially.
