I absolutely *love* radish kimchi! I could eat that every day! (And cucumber kimchi, too!) Whenever, I go to my favorite Korean restaurant, I always ask for some. The waiters usually giggle and tell me it's their favorite. They seem happy that this old, white chick likes it so much!

I had kimchi fried rice from a truck at the school where I used to work. Thought I died and went to heaven! And, I am obsessed with kimchi pancakes!!!! ❤️

I’ve only had kimchi noodles and i don’t even remember what it tastes like. I’m gonna have to make some at home bc I don’t think we sell it prepackaged anywhere here 😭

yes! I love the bibigo dumplings but the kimchi is also great as well :) It's a bit fermented (not the fresh kind) usually - hope that's helpful!

Is kimchi spicy?
there definitely is spice because it has korean red pepper (gochugaru) but there are non spicy versions available!
