Your story comes from you and it’s been there from the start. That’s one of the biggest lessons I ever got from OPS. It’s crazy.
Also, Dave, I’m very much looking forward to your profiles. Almost as much as I’m looking forward to the OPS sweatshirts. 😆

Either the wrong video was uploaded or they gave it the wrong title. In the class, this video was called "ESTJ Rant".

Yeah, he even mentions ESTJ throughout video, so I think it's just a title discrepancy.

As an ESFJ I was just happy to see us in a video title.

Chip Roy isn't wrong about our leaders not having our best interests at heart. The man does at least understand who he represents in that chamber, and i will always recognize a politician who is passionate (at least with his words) about his constituents

I feel like for a basic book, which would be first priority, 32 profiles and introvert/extrovert would work.
Then you can do books that general appeal to people but slowly cover other aspects of the system. Something like:
-Practitioner Book (more generally easily observable than 32 profiles, human need + temperament)
    - Relationships Book (Modalities, mostly because I feel like sometimes the whole "Women say when they actually mean..." vs "Men say what they mean" has to do a bit with F De vs. M De.)
    - Work/Self-Growth (Animal Stack, since a lot of conflict in communication and a person's life journey apparently has to do with the missing, last animal)

That ESTJ guy's rant. I can see why the place was empty. I would have gone on vacation too.

Why don’t you 500 or so profiles but one paragraph of their worst parts

32 profiles would be doable. Would make it competitive with 16personalities.

Love how an INTJ made a video about ESTJ then titled it "Social Media VS *ESFJ*" 😂

I want to see a battle between an ESFJ and ESTJ. Fe vs Te through the scope of Si. Bring it on!

It depends on what the grading scale and motivation is. I'd say they're two sides of the same coin, because both may want an outcome that's similar but may take different steps to achieving their goal. ESTJs may take a head on approach that can bulldoze others in the way without a single thought, but they will achieve their goal quickly. ESFJ will consider the impact of those around them, and while it may take longer, they will eventually come upon an outcome.
One will sacrifice time and efficiency, but can have support of others who's feelings and ideas they considered. The other will sacrifice the feelings and opinions of others to achieve the goal more efficiently, quicker, and in some ways may have a better outcome.
Like I said, it all depends on what is being achieved.

You don't want to write on the 512 types? I get it , but I will and I would like doing it. That isn't my shadow or super-ego talking (my Facebook blogging, and jouranaling history would back that up). I love listening to this kind of stuff like I like breathing air... and I would love a change from the logistics business. But, yeah.... love your stuff, and Peronality Hacker, Joyce Meng , Frank James, Jordan Peterson, Abbey Howe, Dr. Tom LaHue, LiJo, etc.

If you reframe analysis for types according to Jung, and not Myers-Briggs, the system you developed works better. Jung omits the P-J aspect, so the other aspects triangulate instead of “jump,” when confronted with complexity. Why did you begin with MB personality types, when Jung wrote the book on it…? It’s a blind spot, Brother. Aloha
