- i’ve been skating for 6 months but only learnt to drop in and skate transition after 2 months because the skateparks were closed. so this is my progression of bowl from when i learnt to drop in :)
#skater #skatelikeagirl #progression #girlskater
Awesome!! I wish I had some more shallow pools like that in my area to practice in. Keep it up!
thanks!!
Sadly many parks overlook that there are skaters of many levels and beginners sometimes are overlooked. Plus even skaters with experience it's nice to have a spot to try new tricks
They're not empty pools, they're skateparks?
@@raphaelpoitou8609 they meant like a pool that's not so big or deep , since it's hard to start off skating in such a big pool as a beginner .
I don’t even have a pool in my skatepark
The moment you put on pads and helmet revealed your confident flow! Please stick to the gear and stay vert, u rock! :)
thanks :) wearing knee pads and a helmet makes transition feel a lot better for me
Inspiring! I´m only starting to learn this week, so you give hope to me and I think learning to skate transition after 2 months is pretty quick - well at least in my range of age ;-) I´m 34, only starting.
hope I´ll be doing as well as you
This is exactly why i wish my park had more shallow pools
So sick, lovin the london spots ;) that Bishop's park bowl is perfect for starting and the Acton mini is the smoothest thing I've ever ridden. Keep it up!!!!
thx :)
Hey hey you go to Acton skate park?? I go there too! And I live right next to the bishops park but the bowl there is not as good as Acton one
This is super inspiring, you've come so far!! Thank you for posting :)
Thank you ☺️☺️
I love these kinds of videos! So glad this was in my recommendations. You can really see the progression and how you get more and more comfortable on your board! you inspire me so much to keep skating bowls! :)
thanks :)) have fun skating
This is amazing! I remember these early days and they were some of the best times I’ve ever had. Really inspires me to start skating again. Keep it up!
thanks!!
Great job on your progression so far. I just started learning to ride a bowl about a month ago and I'm hooked now. Thanks for sharing your progress, it definitely gave me some new things to work on my own skating!
thanks :) good luck with ur journey😝
youre in the youtube algorithm lucky
ikr i hv no idea how lol
From progress vids I get lots of help on how I can improve my skating
This is awesome. Little early grabs and bert slides are what I live for in skateboarding. Keep it up!
thanks ☺️🛹
you have no idea how lucky you are to have such a nice begginer bowl close to you
I dont even hav a beginner bowl in my area
@@idriszahoor mines HUGE atleast 13 feet down and a 3 feet wall ride pretty much, the drop is just a wall ride going down it looks like death
@@robloxmods3789 must be scary and cool at the same time
This is so good, great progress. Keep getting better!

Had to subscribe after searching for good female skate tutorials. My girlfriends daughter has wanted a skateboard for so long and her bday Is coming up. She’ll love this.

Congrats on your progression!
tyy:)
You have inspired me to start skating I’m using my bro’s skateboard he hasn’t really used it so I grabbed it and tried it I didn’t know that it was hard to skate but I’m getting the hang of it I’m practicing turning on it at the moment by leaning which way I want to go and I only started this morning and soon When I’m more confident I might go to a skatepark and try
Thats hella rad, keep it up!
thanks :)
Wow nice! These videos are what make me want to skate more
Nice! Love the progression

Your video just came up in my suggested views, that’s awesome progress in such a short space of time 👊🏼 looks like we skate in the same places too (BaySixty6, Meanwhile, Acton etc) will say Hi if I see you around. Keep it up you are ripping !
thanks that’s sick
Go Girl!...you're awesome!..
thanks
Poggers 🔥🔥🔥 going to skate park for 3 days straight up now lmaoo
thanks lol
good job! keep going on~
!
U need more subs ur so good!
lmao wish I had some small bowls near me to practice rock to fakies, smallest thing to learn on is a 4 foot mini ramp, keep up the good work!
Wow ur so good and congrats on the likes/ views it’s ur sister chloes friend btw
Nice progression you are really good! Is there a difference between a 50-50 stall and an axle stall or is it just a different name?
5050 is a moving axle stall but some people still call axles 5050s
Oh ok thanks
Skating bowl looks so fun
it’s the best
Nice! I wish we had a mini r. To practice axle stale ours is like 6ft too scary.
woah 6 foot is big
Haha! It's Izzi - I had no idea U were a UA-cam star too - hello Izzi, see U at Bay (as usual) soon :-) btw. for anyone who doesn't know - Izzi's speedy progress didn't stop at 4 months - she has since competed in the National champs and came 6th in the bowl... now THAT's progress!
I wish I had more balls to ride transition lol. Awesome job
thanks lol
My first drop in left me with a severely bruised tailbone and a winded chest for 2 weeks.
Insane progression! I've been skating for about a month and im still scared to drop in.
thanks!! u got that drop in :)
@@izzigrace2998 thanks i’ll try it later if i can overcome my fear
Try to find the smallest ramps and also practise in bowls
@@scripted_glitch418 thanks for the advice g
Wow well done only 4 months wow keep going your doing great
thanks!!
👍🏼
May i ask what park this is? The one with the shallow bowl featured at the beginning of the video :)
it’s in bishops park in london :)
I love how more and more people are trying bowl skating because it’s slowly dying keep it up
thanks
Incredible stuff! braver than me
this is so cool!! do you have any tips for learning?
for me when i skate it’s just about having fun, i’ll try whatever tricks come to my mind even if they seem a bit weird- and i love skating w friends :)
Keep it up!!!!!!
thanks!
What skateboard do you have? Great job btw!
a hv a krooked deck with bones wheels and thunder trucks :)
Great job! Are you self-taught or have you had coaching?
i’m self taught, i had one beginner lesson with my friend but i rly just did my own thing as i had been skating a while at the time
very inspiring, those Bay66 bowl shots don't do the size of them justice
thanks :) i remember pics of the bowl before i went and i thought it was pretty small but when i got there i was like 😮
That’s so cool , I’ve been skating for about 4 months now too and I’m not at your level yet , do you have any tips to get good fast?
it's all at your own pace and your own journey, its been like 2-4 months for me and i can't even ollie yet but i can powerslide and do other things and my little brother who has been skating for just as long already has rolling ollies down
it’s rly important to know that everyone progresses at their own rate but what rly helped me was to do tricks that i hv fun with and not necessarily follow the ‘rules’ like u don’t hv to learn ollies first because in the end u won’t progress much if ur not having fun and it gives you confidence on ur board and helps u not care what other people think eventually :)
You should try going to small bowls and learning tail stalls and smaller tricks like that to be more comfortable
recently i have been doing some more mini and stuff and also skating street, but most of the skateparks are closed now due to another lockdown:(
so sick keep working on those slash grinds both ways to get more comfortable with the coping
yeah thanks
Nice progression
thx:)
nice! j learned how to rock to fakie
niceee
Awsome
thanks!!
U did this all in 4 months 👏 and I'm skating 2 whole months and can't even skate in a bowl
i only dropped in after two months of cruising and ollies bc all the skateparks were closed, so this vid starts from then :)
What is the one minute 04 place you were at is it in like Colorado or something
bishops parl
What skate park is that first clip at the mini bowl ?
bishops park
Doing good 🛹 Keep Skateboarding.
thanks :)
Omg omg ur so gooodddd
Keep it up, young shredder 🤟🏻
thanks :))
Nice work
thx ☺️
Nicee
tyyyy :)
It's good to see you have knee pads but you really need a helmet especially because you are very new to skating this type of terrain. Nice to see your area has plenty of spots with smaller bowls ramps and a spine to get you use to things everywhere I ever seen 4 to 6 ft is as small as it comes
after i posted this video i started wearing my helmet more and more and now i don’t skate w out it bc there has been a few occasions where it’s saved me. also it’s pretty lucky that all the ramps r pretty small to start learning on
niceeeee !!!!
tyy😁
You look so cool keep it up
thanks
My skatepark is always packed so I go to a bowl and it has a mini ramp then goes into a really deep but really small bowl
ooooo that’s so cool - i always want to skate more bowls but there’s not rly many close to me
I would learn all of this but there is no skatepark in my town, only streetspots
Is dropping in one of those things once u do it, u never fall doing it again?
for me, yes, until i tried dropping in on 8ft vert but i feel like that’s kinda different also my front foot slipped forward so it’s not like something that happens every time
I would kill for a nice little mellow bowl like that
yeah it’s pretty lucky to hv it in my area
Dam better than me in my first 4 months
good progress, it shows that you like to skate in the bowl, try to practice the ollie on the floor and other tricks, do not focus only on the bowl, it is just a tip
yeah, i do skate everything i just only showed the bowl skating in this video
Just a bit of constructive criticism to help you improve. Move your arms and shoulders where you want the board to be and when going fakie try turning your shoulders and head more in the direction your going. Goodluck and keep up the great work.
thanks for the advice :)
Aaaand she's hooked for life.
yuppp😎
Nice
ive been skating for 3 months and im to scared to drop in......i wish i had her bravery.. my dream is to skatebored
try dropping in, if ur scared maybe get a friend to hold u while u try it first
Good job though keep up the hard work
thanks
“Ogh my pinky bruh, IM GOOD” pls u switched so fast
lmaoooooooooo
Where I this skate park or what is it called
There’s her and then there’s me
Knee pads , elbow pads , helmet, hand guards 🤣🤣
i always wear a helmet and knee pads and sometimes elbows if i want to :)
@@izzigrace2998 aww you girls have. Inspired me to skate , my skateboard came on wed and I’ve been so addicted I’ve got my Ollie 🤣
@@antoniaprice6970 yesss congrats on the ollie
