So when I was in Ghana last month, as soon as I left the airport, I went for some talapia and banku, this was my first meal. I ate at so many chop bars and was not ill once. I made sure that everything I ate was hot . The spicy food with that hot sun purify your body.
I used to think that only Ghanaians would enjoy our yummy 😋 foods🥘 .. Love your video Ayo and Tony 😍😍, your excitement makes one feel like we’re there with you . You’re Ghanaian Americans now 🇬🇭 🇺🇸 You make me miss home 🏠 We Love you guys ♥️♥️
I agree with you about street food. You have to make sure you look for the ones that are clean!! Like the clothes they look great on you 2. I have a weakness for fresh bread!!!!
Good day, I'm Ghanaian living in Johannesburg, South Africa. However, I grew up in Tema and been following you guys always. I'm so happy for you guys and the kids (the cutest kids one could ask God & our Ancestors for). I wish you all the best and many more happy times ahead in Ghana. I couldn't be more proud as Ghanaian, knowing that you guys feel at home in Ghana. Keep well and enjoy the best of life in Ghana.
Yes, the Indomie Noodles in Lapaz, Accra, Ghana. I don’t eat Ramen Noodles here in America. But, during my recent 10-month stay in Accra, I had them regularly. Mine consisted of: Noodles, red onions, green onions, carrots, cabbage, one scrambled egg with in, corned beef, spice & topped with two fried eggs. Sardines were also available but I don’t do sardines. It cost me 10 Ghana Cedis, which is about $1.70 usd.
Thank you for the truly informative video. I just realized that I can live like a king on beer and noodles in Ghana. I just can’t wait to try the food. You all just made me hungry. I want Indomie now! Best wishes.
Another great video. I am dying to taste the grilled tilapia with the hot ground pepper , shito and the sliced onions. I would love to wash it down with an ice cold Star.
I like how you have blended so well into your new home. For people who were living comfortably in Houston, you have proved that life is what the mind says. You make me miss Africa
You guys had my mouth watering with the description of the delicious food even before I saw it. I can't wait to come home in September with my parents and start house hunting for me.

@@ExpatLifeGhana You are most welcome. Spring is around the corner here in Scandinavia after a harsh winter. I think you lived in Texas before you moved to Ghana. If I am correct, you are lucky to have escaped the unusually harsh winter there this winter. Africa is indeed the best place to be, particularly when the winter months kick in Europe and North America. Wish you all the best.🌹
Congrats you all need to start your own Ghana food Network or Yelp/ places to go for a ad fee on your UA-cam!!!! Excellent job!!!!’Tony : you can be on an ad for club beer!!!!
What's there not to like about this video, my mouth was watering. I've been told to always avoid street food when visiting Ghana, thanks for bursting that myth👍🏾.
I tell my friends here in CA they have NO IDEA what fresh Organic food taste like until they've tried some food from back home. I'm so jealous, can't wait to move back home
