Believe it or not- as crappy as they are, these speakers are actually way better than what's in 90% of what you'd get at best buy. Even the "high end" shit that you all cream your pants over, thinking it's so great cause it's Bose. They would be much better if they were at least a bit more careful during certain parts of the production process. But good sound is all in the application; though I would never use these drivers in any of my speakers.
Rest is fine, but what about accuracy of the coil ? How will those girls know where the coil will be most efficient ? And also the glue, will it not drip when you keep the speakers upside down ?

Only about 15 seconds into the vid, and I can tell we are looking at what seems to be a Chinese manufacturing plant. The guy is blowing compressed air to clear the speaker before install--Great. What's the problem? He's blowing out dust right in front of the previously cleaned baskets/motor structures; he's just blowing dust all over the place.

I don't believe there are all those workers to produce this kind of cheap speaker, making just one movement per assembly step! Too many employees for that job ! I think it's only for a promotional purpose and to make a good impression.

Pay someone to put glue on a plastic ring then pay someone to flip it over. Hell I got to be an operator, maintenance and a QC inspector. Not to mention on multiple machines. Got to love the labor laws

They don't clamp anything to make sure a solid bond for the glue. Also I was surprised to see a person actually using hands to glue. In the previous video no one uses glue on the magnets. This is just cheap speakers that I would not pay $5.00 for.
also look at the way they handled the cones before installing them, bending em and messin with the surround. And that is one HELLUVA waste of magnets! those things were ridiculous and would be better off making hybrid cars or SMD 18's(yeah buddy, shout out to Steve Meade Designs). Also.....what brand is Booster or whatev? This is the same process ALL OF YOUR CHEAP GOODS ARE MADE!!! Except this shop was super clean by general standards....sad but true, buy stuff where people who make em want to!
