As a Canadian, I've randomly wound up with various Yorkville gear my entire life. It was just always around in various guitar and music stores. First my BM200 15" bass combo when I first got into music playing bass guitar. Later the STELLAR YSM1P-II studio monitors (which I hilariously carted around to play living room shows for my friends) and YSS1 sub when I got into more electronic music. Even later a pair of used Yorkville PA speakers for playing small live shows once I realized my amazing sounding near-field monitors weren't great for outdoor parties. All great performing pieces of gear for the price. It's amazing how they've always just been locked in to such a sweet spot of price and performance over my 20+ year foray into various scenes and genres. Everything has performed so well compared to way more expensive competitors that it's hard to believe. I have a lot more expensive gear now, and yeah, it's better. But Yorkville will always hold a place in my heart and I'd recommend a lot of their gear to people who are getting into the game, and even intermediate music makers who know good value when they see it.
I have owned Yorkville Elite PA speakers for about 15 years and they have never let me or my band down. They have a great clean sound and can handle any volume level. Thanks for the video.
I am a Canadian i bought a used Yorkville M810 mixer im Kentucky for 100 bucks 12 yrs ago i has done over 1000 gigs big and small Beach to Theatre Greatest Piece of gear i ever used retired it only because i picked up the more powerful M1610 same mixer 800 watt version for 200 buck used.. Great grer Great company RIP John Long best Guy of all time from LnM music TO Canada
I played the mostly blues circuit around Boston, MA USA 1994-2003 and never heard of Yorkville. Fast forward to 2016 playing in a semi-acoustic trio (me on electric bass) in the Albany, NY area and I needed a small bass amp for coffee shops, farmers markets, etc. Ran into a Yorkville Bloc 80 and bought it for $70 US. It has been great, seems very well built, and is an interesting design. Quite loud for it size. Then looked for a more capable powered mixer than my 100 watt Fender and ran into a Yorkville MP8dx. Again after many years of use works great and practical design features for example a monitor amp which is rated down to 2 ohms. So when from never hearing of Yorkville to being a big fan in about 6 months. Thanks for making such great quality products. I wish I knew of you earlier.
Love your equipment, using it all the time. Looking forward to your newer designs, and love that it’s not just for bands anymore; and proud that you’re Canadian
I have been using Yorkville and Traynor products for much of my professional life. They have never let me down. A great product line from a great company. One of the many reasons I admire and respect Canada and her people. Thank you from a Georgia peach...
I own a pair of Yorkville LS-808 subwoofers and they are great! The bass is hard hitting and very clean. They will fill a small to medium size hall will full bodied bass.
I love the yorkville product because they stand behind all their product. I bought a Paraline system 4 years ago and it got knocked over by a drunk idiot and smashed to the hard concrete floor in a club. Yorkville took it back, fixed it and gave it back to me, no questions asked.....I told them, voluntarily. I will forever be a Yorkville man. Especially with their subs. I f I lived closer to Pickering I would apply for a job there. I have so many ideas that would bring them even further into the future for mobile entertainment.
Nice to see production is in Canada however there's 1 primary issue I have with Yorkville. It's exclusive to Long & McQuade within Canada. Simply put, 1 price 1 dealer. Traynor who makes the best keyboard amp (K4) is also Yorkville. As well, Yorkville is the Canadian distributor for Line 6 products. The more product Yorkville has, the more control Long & McQuade has on pricing. Think of it as L & M being the music instrument LCBO across Canada ! So for all you musicians struggling to save a buck for gear, keep saving !
Awesome company, just picked up 2 x PS15P and 1 x NX720S BEST SPEAKERS I'VE EVER OWNED, the sound quality is sick. These bad boys are so loud, ill need to buy a 2nd set of smaller speakers to bring to my smaller events. Great company!
1986, $250 for a dual 12 inch competitor or$250 for a 10 inch Block 50, they were played side by side, I still have my Block 50 Yorkville Sound amp, still loud, still proud.
I own a pair of LS808 subwoofers. I really like the way they perform and long throw of the speaker. Very well made with high quality parts, especially the RCF 18 inch LF driver.
I've owned Jbl, Eaw, Rcf, Ev, HK, Wharfedale, and a few others.. but none of them stand behind their product like Yorkville does... As of now I own 801s, Parasource 10s, 12s, Elite 500p, Ls 1004, Unity 15, Tx9, Vtc Ns9s, Yx12s, 15s,18s and when performance is required I get all of what I paid for... 100%.
what a fun company owner of the U15 3 way spraket cabinet I cant wait to plug in my DBX PA tommorow and try to bi-amp using a crown xls602 and behringer pmp 3000 powered mixer. these seem to have better potential than any speaker found on the floor of my local and regional pro audio stores if a helpful section on how to properly bi amp could be posted by a yorkville rep that would help me. thank you and great quality product!!!
WORKERS LOOK HAPPY..they do nice work lovely factory...i have the yorkville pulse 153 speakers i love em but so hard to find parts.....the still got a great sound after all those years..BUT HAD TO REPLACE THE TWEETERS.
You prolly dont care at all but does someone know of a method to get back into an instagram account?? I was dumb lost the password. I would appreciate any help you can offer me.
@Magnus Larry Thanks for your reply. I got to the site on google and Im in the hacking process atm. Takes quite some time so I will get back to you later with my results.
What is the power bill per month for this facility , being that it's in Ont. . I would imagine it's many many thousands $$$$ a month . Excellent products , I can't recall ever complaining about anything I've used with Yorkville written on it .
The report is well enough made, but we do not see the assembly of loudspeakers nor the manufacture. Maybe that they are not made by Yorkville, I have the profound conviction of it, thus Yorkville is an assembler. I would like to know where from result loudspeakers (RCF, JBL, EMMINENCE, Beyma, B&C, other) It is a pity this major information does not appear!
Really I want to visit this type of factory

Yorkville has a very impressive manufacturing plant. This video really highlights the design and build quality of their products.

Always loved Yorkville. Still have all mine and they work fine after 10 years.

It's obvious they're quality made. These aren't Chinese made products

Is your product sold in thailand?
I want your factory to keep making clips like this.
by Korn EE. in Thailand.
I have heard good comments about Yorkville and am curious and would like to know more, and explore possibilities
This is nice but can Yorkville Sound manufacture some simple truss for outdoor speaker rigging apart from linearray?
we dont get much yorkville stuff in the UK, thats a shame as it's great quality.
their factories are very limited in terms of production space. but it has changed with the weather
No blame the worker, must take care worker as Children. Must Medicare to the workers
Y como sería posible trabajar en esta empresa, que se necesita para entrar a trabajar allí?
All in one, Great!
Wow now I know why they are so damn expensive 🤯
It is a very interesant tour. The liquid soldering is a very good lite detail. Thank you. See you later

+Eric Morata, if you listen with your ears and not with a brand name in your head...
Most if not all of the speakers used are eminence
They also use Celestion drivers, just like the enviable QSC.
@@rudycorraudio9089 even their YX line use Celestion cd
Mantapp bro
Amazing produck
Good to see things made in Canada. Too bad that most Canadians could not care less - that is, until they lose their jobs to outsourcing.
👍👍👍👍♥️♥️♥️
Amazing 🤙🌺🌴
Anything not made in Asia is always better!!!!!
We just call them Canadians.
If I was a Liberal, I would call you a racist but I'm an American so I laugh at the funny joke.
Just wanted to mention - it does not refer to Japan :D I like things which are made in Japan
But Sony, LG,Thoshiba, Hitachi, Samsung, Panasonic .....etc were in Asia....!
The YX series stuff is made in Asia.
Will work for lemons.
Optimus prime makes speakers now
xXx_illuminati_overload_xXx Maybe a glandular issue :)
yorkville partnerd with long and maquade, thats were they first sod the speakers
