Much respect to Alan Parsons #Legend
If the guy who engineered on Abbey Road, Let it Be and Dark Side of the Moon (along with the rest of his amazing resume...) gives these mics high marks, I know what mic kit I'll be buying next - especially at that price!
Nice that they come with clips too. Also, can you imagine being Alan Parson's assistant engineer?
This great. Congratulations to presonus Team
This Mic set looks and sounds fabulous !! Would love to own a set.
Nice video where you can actually see the mic setup and their first impressions on camera. Might consider buying these.
what a legend presonus ......amazing alan parsons
Love your work Mr P.
Eye In The Sky a favourite still 👍
I never really liked the D112 Egg, I preferred the D12 (mine are poly not the fabled paper).
Later, working with that new fangled clicky bass drum sound for 90s metal, I learned from my clients that Shure SM91s were a pretty neat trick.
Aah. Memories ...
Your THE Alan Parsons. You shouldn't have to return those mic's. They should give em to you for your valuable time in reviewing them. Presonus? C'Mon.
I vote let Alan keep em. Anybody else?
We'll think about it.
@@presonus What about a lottery between the first 100 comments
@@LasCosasComoSean That is a FANTASTIC idea, would love a set of those mics to go with my brand new studiolive 32s !!
@@presonus 🤣
Great Video! Love the sound of the mic's. Such a talent, Thanks for all your great works!
Nice review. Love their products.
Q - Why is the D-112 more preferable over the classic SHURE BETA-51 mic?
The mic's sounded good. It's an upside-down world when you end up paying more for the stand than the mic's. Life is good.
Looking quite good these days.
Sure I will get a set
0:30 sliding into the frame
Well now i know that its not my mics that sound like poopoo. its my drums 🤣🤣
Paid promo or not, someone like Alan saying things like these about a product is quite an achievement.
Actually, it was totally unpaid!
Great review guys! Thanks and best regards.
@@juliancolbeck2148how do you know?
How about that snare mic placement? LSD still not worn off Al?
Get that rack tom out of the basket stand. That sucks the life out.
Unfortunate we never get to hear the actual direct signal from the mics only the sound from the speakers. I am thinking that Alan was probably paid to do this???
