I love seeing Mustangs in endurance, because you only hear about Arabians. He's a great mover!
He is an Arabian (sorrel) she is a mustang (black and white pinto)
I agree, love that walk! Also enjoyed a non-Arabian place so well! Thanks so much for sharing these stories with us :-)
Such impressive results with both horses! Especially love the mustang mare❤️
I really like the way Isidro's calm demeanor translates into a calmness in the horses he is working with. That is good stuff!
Informative! I really enjoyed learning what goes into these
That Mustang is georgous!
I love that the mustang did this barefoot. Shows what hooves are capable of.
Isidro is rocking the endurance world! You guys are great ambassadors for mustangs and endurance. Thanks for sharing!
Very cool! Always wanted to know about endurance, thanks!
Fascinating learning about all the processes! (And seeing the snow..never see snow in Northern Victoria, Australia-not even in Winter)
Wow, that mustang is beautiful. Thank you for giving her a chance.
What a nice horse!
I actually recognized one of the riders in this video xD The Fjord with the rider in Purple. Don't know her personally but I've seen her post a ride photo in the AERC group on FB.
If you do rides outside AZ/Midwest area, I'd suggest Midnight Rider here in WA. They're doing a Day and a Night ride this year. Could be great for a video on night rides. Intro (12 miles tops) 25 and 50.
Not very tactical (Willapa Hills Trail), and is an out and back two ways; the first loop goes out to a turn around (the year I did it [first ride for me and my TB mare] they Ride Manage was at the turnback point of the first loop handing out Mardi Gras beads lol), the second loop goes out the opposite way and is longer, from what I remember, and they had snacks at the turnback point there.
It was fun, the community was/is incredibly supportive and encouraging, and the ride manager was so proud when she learned I am on the spectrum and still doing this. I was sore for two weeks, but we did fine.
I think the creepiest moment of that ride was when I was coming in from the first loop and it was turning dark and some of the 50s were heading out on their next (?) loop. Some of them had red headlamps, and lemme tell you, when red lights bobbing toward you is the only thing you can see, it's a little startling xD
Awesome, thank you for sharing
First time watching this channel. The video is great of course, but all the information you provide along the way is super interesting. Thanks so much!
Thank you!
I love Nevada's punk hairdo!
Love this footage!!! Keep these videos coming!! ♥️
Thank you so much for making this! I can wait to rewatch it all.
Loved this. Thank you.
Thank you for posting! Very interesting video and full of great information!
Thank you for this great video with lots of information! Nevada's movement looks just like my Morgan 's. I have never done an endurance ride but it is something I would love to do.
Thanks, very informative.
Great video! I learned so much. I think I may have to try this on my little mustang mare. Thanks for posting!
That mustang mare is prrrretttyyyy! I would definitely love to compete in endurance someday but I need a lot of training before I can even think about getting a horse.
Just saw a short vid of a mule with a ‘racking’ walk - very similar
Nevada is adorable!
Love this video! I can't wait to get my mustang comfortable enough with people to do endurance with him. He has a strong reaction to men and his booty. Fingers crossed for an intro ride this fall! I love all of these videos!
Thank you! For sharing
Thank you for doing this. My mare was an endurance horse, and I'd love to learn some of the lingo!
She has a beautiful trot also.
Excellent job. Remember this from helping friends.
Just got some scoot boots which I find are excellent also 💕
Wow it’s snowing!
...oh! And my Devil's Garden mare had that walk. No one could keep up with us..
Wish I could do that!
Love this video thank you
Thank you - I'm older and have no connections - but wanted to work with my 4 year old to start doing this - she is a grade morgan mix and seems built for this - but I had no idea where to even start or if I was entertaining a fantasy LOL
It’s so much fun and people are super supportive. There is an AERC group on Facebook. Make a post asking for a mentor in your area, that’s the best place to start.
We have snow *Happy Spring*
It is awesome to see a rescued BLM horse! They are so sure footed.
What is that interesting saddle on Nevada? She’s so flashy with those 4 white socks!
Nevada is a good looking horse.
❤️❤️❤️❤️
💕 what kind of saddle do you ride in please
Isidro, regarding less ingnorance, I'm curious😕 where one purchases an authentic mexican working saddle weighing 15 lbs? Pakistan, perhaps -made of cardboard?😞
That was rather rude. It was purchased and made in Durango, MX where Isidro is from. Not sure if it weighs 15lbs but it is very light.
What is a asgard bred arabian ?
Is the chestnut the Asgard horse you guys were training?
Yes
I hate cold weather and would never ride in the cold weather
You will miss a lot of wonderful experiences! I hate ice and pouring rain, but otherwise I'm game- I've had many wonderful rides, runs, and hikes in weather that sends people to the comfy sofa, and it was always so worth it. It's all about the right gear for the conditions.
Nevada has chrome
Why ride in weather like that?
Because it’s an endurance ride which tests the endurance of everything.
@@IsidroEspinozaHorsemanship No way am ever going riding in that ,only way I would is if my life depended on it
WOW, Isidro is riding 25 miles in blue jeans.
People rode Tevis back in the day in jeans!!!
@@joannehuttenhoff2701 I have ridden in jeans and jumped in jeans but 25 miles dang.
Tevis is 100 miles!!!! Imagine that in jeans 😳😳
why horse quality breed
Could you out pick a heavier saddle?
NO!😨
Could you learn to be less ignorant? Have you ever picked up a Mexican working saddle? Not a show saddle, a working ranch saddle. They are as light as an endurance saddle 🙄.
