New Spanish Mustangs!

- We are super excited to share what we have been up to! We got the opportunity to partner with some Native American tribes in Arizona who manage the Salt River Spanish Barb mustang herd. The herd has been split in two by a highway and one half is on US Forestry land and the other on reservation land. These horses have a cool history and are pretty isolated to not have much outside blood entered into the herd. They are gorgeous flashy colors and we are blown away at the intelligence and ease of gentling.
These two fillies will be available for rehoming/training fee once ground training is finished in the next month or so. Please let us know if you are interested in owning such a cool part of North American history.

her tail streams softly into the rear end, this smooth transition is a sure mark of a more antique mustang genes!
She is a beautiful horse. So pretty.
OMG...Nube has the most beautiful eyes!!!
Those fillies are so pretty, and very level headed. Going to be fun to watch their progress.
I can't believe the eye on that little mare (the Dunskin)! I'm falling in love with her! She's going to be amazing I can tell you straight away!
Nube is gorgeous. What a beauty! Titania reminds me of my cousin's Andalusian. She's pretty also!
How exciting! They're gorgeous -- I'm excited to see their progress
Gosh, they are superbly conformed. Much more like our Australian thoroughbred derived brumbies. My first impressions on mustangs was the raw heavy bone of them, solid but lacking often in eye appeal. Watching them transition into saddle horses is gratifying and with good feed and care their eye appeal improves. Of all the mustang gentlers you guys and SVF hold my attention the most.
These are the MOST BEAUTIFUL horses ever I want one so bad I just don’t have any money!
Her head looks so much like the andulusian that I follow that is the same age. Tara owns her and is on you tube. The elongated nostril and almond eye, is amazing that they look so much alike. Body build is different.
I agree. I thought of Bella when I saw this video!
Yes, I noticed the same thing. The mustangs are heavier bodied but the faces look very similar.
I gave up on her, her horsemanship is not on a par with Espinozas or SVF or Warrick Schiller.
THIS FIRST FILLY HAS A MUCH MORE DAINTY HEAD THEN BELLA BELLA BELLA. TARA COULD WATCH THESE PEOPLE WORK WITH THESE MUSTANGS. THEY HAVE SUCH A KNOW HOW TO USE PRESSURE AND RETEAT. SO MANY ACCOMPLISHED HORSE PEOPLE SHARING THEIR YEARS OF EXPERIENCE TRAINING MUSTANGS. OVER 50 YEARS WORKING WITH HORSES, JUST LIKE THIS WOMEN, I LOVE LOVE LOVE TO WATCH A HORSE OVERCOME FEAR OF HUMAN TOUCH, LEARN TO FIRST TRUST, THEN CRAVE TO BE WITH A HUMANE AND GET THAT FORHEAD STROKE. BRAVO TO THESE TWO FILLIES AND THEIR HANDLERS. Ride On Ride Safe Susan
@@Ariannaishun She's not a professional trainer and doesn't pretend to be. She's got some beautiful, well mannered horses, so why criticize?
The mustang I had when I was a kid had the striping on his legs. Wish I had a picture of him, he was beautiful.
All three gorgeous horses love the coloring of each....
Gorgeous babies. I remember seeing the herd when I lived in Arizona, it was always such a treat. Looking forward to watching them progress.
Wow this new Spanish horse are so beautiful short slim I can’t wait how they turn out as always great videos
He's really good at what he's doing. Love watching this
They are so lovely ♥️
What nice mares. So level headed and lovely color. I can't to watch how they progress!
They are stunning! Dressage riders should take note....
If I didn't already have a horse and didn't live 3000 miles away I'd be all over that lol
Nube is SOOO MUCH like my reservation spanish mustang mare especially in how she processes and reacts and it is so cool!
Such pretty girls! To me Nube’s color looks like a silver dun, that’s why she has the cream color but with dark skin and primitive markings
Those are 2 very lovely young mares, if I were in the market for a horse I'd definitely be interested.
Absolutely gorgeous fillies and his approach is flawless and kind. Beautiful to see.
Wow, they are gorgeous.
these are cool horses! Can not wait to see how they work through the training!
Really great looking mares. I love the primitive coloring!
This was beautiful to watch!
Absolutely Beautiful! Love 💖🇨🇦
They are gorgeous beauties!

She is still growing she’s just one year old
I had a blue roan spanish mustang. She was more than a handful. I actually donated her to a reservation. So there you go.
I'm can't wait to see what your DNA tests turn up on Beautiful Mustangs.Spanish Barbs are not that common and the more pure a Mustang is the more they are worth. There is a farm out west somewhere and that's all they breed is Spanish Barb Stock Mustangs.
Very impressive horses
Wow they are beautiful!
Wow!! She is a beauty, and very smart she is.. As they all are gorgeous thank u for sharing such a great educating enjoyable video and awesome history of the kind of breeds they are💝💝💝💝🐴🐴🐴
Really fine boned. None of the draft you see in Mustangs sometimes. The fine-boned is a bit like an Arab but different.
Barb.
Beautiful fillies!!
Wow! They are very pretty! :) Can't wait to see how they turn out and what this new partnership brings!
Enjoyed the video. Wish I could have a couple. Really enjoy your style of training
They’re really gorgeous
Beautiful horses.
These horses are stunning! Love love love Nube!
We live in AZ so it's very cool to see you working with some of the Salt River horses. I know a lot of people here don't think they should remain on the lands, but it is just too cool to see them out enjoying life the way a horse should. As far as them being considered barbs, though, I know some spanish barb people won't consider them barbs without verifiable lineage. We were looking into the Wilbur-Cruce horses, which share a lot of the same traits as these guys, and probably share historical origins with the Salt River horses. They have loads of Spanish in them & are wonderful horses, but also have documented lineage requirements.
Oh my gosh!! I love them!!
I really love cloud .I'm in love 😀
Wow. These two are gorgeous.
Wow, they are beautiful!!😍
These babies are gorgeous 💋💋💋
She reminds me of Dale Evans horse, buttermilk buckskin?
They are beautiful
Have you watched WHEN HORSES CHOOSE WITH MIA? love her teaching techniques 🐎
Very sweet horses.
Would love to give her a home with me!!❤️❤️❤️
Just looking at some of your older videos, and LOVE the look of these little Spanish mustangs. Wonder how much it would be to ship one to the UK?!
It’s about $10K to ship to Finland. Probably a bit cheaper for the UK
I love the Dunskin filly, how would a person adopt her?
sharlene ward she is pending adoption now. Any horses we have available you simply message us www.isidroespinozahorsemanship.com
Gorgeous
I like how there body is a lighter color and her legs are a darker brown shade of color
Quite a different look to these mustangs..., from the Indian reservation..., what is their part in training these horses? Are they still acquired through the BLM process or is this through some kind of reservation project? Beautiful horses. Love seeing Isidro and his training and your clear and concise explanation of his process.
Hi Amber, I always enjoy watching Isidro he stays so calm and easy going. It was nice to see Onix with his new owner. If a person wanted to purchase or adopt Nube understanding she is a yearling, would they contact the Salt River Res. Or the BLM can you email me the information. All of these babies are just beautiful, but Chancla is still my favorite...thx for sharing these videos.....great job as always
Brenda Kay you can find out all information on mustangs in our program on our website www.isidroespinozahorsemanship.com under “mustangs”. Nube has already found a home.
Very nice.
Both of these mares look so much like an Andulasian filly I am following, especially the dun. Smart as all getout, cautious but not spooky. I would love to hear what the DNA results show. How much are those tests? Perhaps a gofundme? I look forward to seeing their journey. And many thanks for showing the different techniques which Isidro tailors to each horse.
I thought of Bella right away when I saw these
Hoho...great minds think alike...and subscribe to the same sites!
@@jeanfish7 I forwarded this to Tara. 😄👋
@@EvansBrosRacing I forwarded this to Tara. So interesting. 😄👋
@@pennywebb867 There is a channel here on youtube called BLMOREGON that is all wild mustangs up for adoption and I saw some on there that look just like these too .
Outstanding! Those fillies are really nice👍 Would love to have that 1st filly but need to finish school. But great job👍can't wait to see the progress.✌
Beautiful horses😍 Do they have longer pasterns than we're used to seeing on mustangs?
I like how he uses that rope as a lariat. Is it just a long soft lead rope? What does he put at the end of it so it quick release?
These cute little mustangs are about the size of the Galiceno horses aren't they?
I’ve heard u can blow ur breath into their nostril then inhale their breath, then yours, then theirs. It’s how horses get to know each other, by the scent of their breath. Using caution at all times. I’ve done this with broke horses. Their reaction is very interesting to observe.
the two dark horses playing in the backround at 14:33
I want them
I'd really like to hear more about the DNA service you use and what information the test provides. I've been looking for a DNA test that will give some idea of breeds but it looks like the tests I'm finding won't tell much. Can you share some information?
We use Texas A&M (google equine dna). Etalon diagnostics is another better one that is more expensive.
How big do you think they will be at maturity? Very pretty coloration.
Scott Schell about 14-14.2hh
Are these the horses down by the Ft McDowell Indian Res? They actually survive on river grass during the hot summer.
That is a fine horse. Do you sale horses?
I am interested in buying one of these mustangs for my granddaughter in Florida. Can you tell me if they are gone or have been taken or if you have one still available?
How are these Mustangs doing?
Where can these horses be purchased?
😍👏🏻👌
Do any of the mustangs have a saddle gait?
How many horses total do you have in training right now?
What is all the pattern collors of the mustangs?
She's also not a dun but she's pretty she looks to be a paint color with little bit of palomino in her and she could also have pigment issues but seeing that her mouth and everything is more grayish black skin I'm going to say a palomino paint color
You're sure they're Spanish mustangs because if you get them tested there's two different kinds of mustangs there's the mustang the mutt of the horse world which is a BLM mustangs and then there's the pure blood mustangs which are called Spanish mustangs and if you do DNA test on them they'll come back as a Spanish mustang now if you do a test on the BLM mustang you could get any type of horse breed that's ever been brought to the United States
👍🖐️🙏🥰♥️❤️🎉✌️
How do I get in touch with you about the 1st filly?
She is spoken for already :)
Where do you get corral panels like that?
Caitlin Bauer which ones?
What is the difference betweem the american mustang and the canadian mustang?
Pedro H.Appaloosa location?
Canadian stock probably shares a lot of Spanish background with US mustangs, since the Native Americans of the Western parts of both nations got their horses out of New Mexico or early Spanish colonies. But as i understand it, the mustangs of the Northern Plains absorbed more English type blood, and in Canada in particular, some
Colonial French Canadian horse genetics similar to the modern Friesian breed.
Very pretty girl.
I can tell you haven't been around a lot of horses . a Dun is a Buckskin colored horse that has a stripe down its back that's how you know the difference between a dun and a Buckskin a Buckskin will not have the line down its back but be that color that she is. kind of a honey color beige color body with a black mane and tail
Gerry Jones you are showing your ignorance. That view is archaic with the color genetic technology available to us now. There are many many variations of dun and buckskin. Without color testing we do not know her exact color. I used the best guest from a friend who is a color specialist. You’re weird rude flex is not welcome here. Next rude unnecessary comment will get you blocked sir. Been around horses for 40yrs so your assessment skills are lacking there as well.
Buckskin horses do have a line down their back. What most people mean when they say "Dun", is a reddish colored horse that has the darker legs and back stripe like a buckskin. The buckskin can range in several shades of color, but in general is more of a lighter silverish tan.
Please do an update on these beauties!
They are stunning !
Beautiful fillies!!
