I just made these for lunch for me and my roommate, OMG. They were absolutely awesome. Quick, easy and tastes great. The only change I made was adding the jalapenos at the very end of cooking the meat, oh yeah and a lot more of them. Great recipe Tammy. Your lasagna was dinner last night. I felt like I was in food heaven.

Awesome recipe! I substituted some of the jalapeños with diced pickles, added a bit of relish and mustard...tasted exactly like a cheeseburger! Well done Tammy, great job!

Just made this recipe and it is DELICIOUS 😋 I couldn't find the powdered beef bullion so I substituted with beefy lipton onion soup, and I added queso along with the cheese and baby it's amazing!!

I made your amazing recipe and used Guerrero low-carb tortillas. I browned each side of the tortilla in butter, and I couldn't tell that it was a low-carb tortilla at all. This was absolutely delicious, and I will definitely be making this regularly for my Keto diet.

Made it! Girl, that was off the chain, it looked so good, I went and made, I stopped watching it to go make it. (Just got done eating) when I came back to my PC I realized there was a lot more to the video and that's when I saw the sauce. lol I made equal amounts of mayo, ketchup and mustard, Jim ate his with chipotle dressing. We have also made one along time ago with drained can chicken, onions, cheddar cheese and cumin. So we lightly sauteed onions and added the chicken, then added cumin to taste and layered in the same manner you did on the tortillas . :) Happy cooking!

Oh, Tammy. When you cut into that quesadilla and pulled it apart ... gurl, I peed a little. Awesome recipe from our beautiful hostess! Suggestion to viewers, yes, let the quesadilla sit for 5-10 minutes before cutting into them to let the ingredients settle a bit so they won't slide apart but, if using dried parsley, make the dipping sauce before you start cooking the quesadilla. This will give the parsley a little extra time (for all the ingredients) to hydrate and release its flavor. If using fresh, mince and use twice the quantity as dehydrating concentrates the flavor of herbs. Tip two: Due to added anticoagulants that prevent pre-packaged, shredded cheese from sticking together, shred your own cheeses. They'll melt MUCH better. And if you really want the best flavor, make your own tortillas. It's faster than you think, they cost pennies to make when compared to $2-$3 for 8-10 count store-bought, no added softeners or preservatives and they're just plain fun to make.
