Great job on this song. Tom Shultz created every note of there first album and did the editing in his cellar. He even created his own equipment to edit the album and get the sound he wanted. All he had to do was find the musicians to play it on stage. Boy he found them alright.
Sole...means, guys in Samoan..you did a fantastic and beautiful job. A real duplicate of the forefathers of Boston music. I will keep on listening to you'r work and pray for you. Ulamanaia from samoa....64 yes.
Best cover of this masterpiece EVVVER! All of you guys were so great, but I must say, that lead guitar work was masterful! Someday in Heaven, I look forward to seeing all you guys rocking out to the Lord, and you know who the all-time greatest shredder in the universe is... Yeshua!
@@musicman699 I just watched Lexington Lab, and I'm sorry, but Sekulow's people are so dead on; Dead on tonal quality, dead on vocals, dead on unity as brothers in the lord. I was digging Lexington, too, but the lead and backing vocals are just not there. I also thought the tonal of the Hammond was too crisp. In any case, aren't you stoked that this great masterpiece is going out to a new generation of listeners and getting all of the attention it so deserves? Tom Scholz is a genius!
JOHN SCHLITT ... You rock so much. What a voice .... Love You !! You all fit so perfectly well together. Great crunchy sound, so straight and right in the face. Wooooow !!!
I like it too. Have you heard Lexington Lab band's effort though. It's pretty impressive as well. Then there's Richie and the band geeks - always brilliant. ua-cam.com/video/YLIOkFF00Sw/v-deo.html
Yeah. Lex lab is a very talented group. Love everything they post. Fan of the geeks too. Classic rock show are great. Foxes and Fossils always impresses.
Jay, I don’t if the other guys are lawyers like you, but wow man, this is one heck of a great job on an iconic rock song. Good musicians from top to top 🦜🌵.
3:50 unmistakable voice cuts in. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Schlitt’s voice is only cool/well controlled it is one of the most unique voices in rock and roll.
very nice Jay. Heard this song on your show many times. Be sure to check out Lexington Lab Band doing five songs from Bostons incredible first album. Thanks Jay for all you have done for America
Brilliant. Great job. How about giving credits to the guys and give us a breakdown on who they all are. All brilliant musos and gel together. And where can we go see you guys play?
Jay is a famous attorney who is on Fox news a lot. Did not know he was in a band. Terrific cover selection. Great job. I would compare them to Lexington Lab band. Thanks
Hi there. Is that Mark Daniels playing the acoustic Taylor? If so I know him from basketball - our kids used to play ball together. He's a great guy and very talented.

Singer is John Elefante from band Kansas

Check out their Styx cover
What a perfect way to start my sunday morning. Awesome job.
Super job , excellent boston style vocals,Tommy Scholz guitar ,and Sib drumming, fine job by all
Didn't know Jay Sekulow had a band. Great job guys.
As I pick my jaw off the floor. WoW! These guys are awesome. The tone from the guitar is spot on. Tom Scholz would be mighty proud.
Damn...That lead guitarist is AWESOME!
He is!
He nailed the tone and dynamics!
JOHN SCHLITT ... You rock so much. What a voice .... Love You !! You all fit so perfectly well together. Great crunchy sound, so straight and right in the face. Wooooow !!!

One word: PERFECT!!
Aaaaaah the legendary conga part from Boston! The latin percussion is the rug that ties the whole room together. :)

Unbelievable. This is what talented musicians is all about.
Wow...took 4 years, this is awesome! Best concert I attended by far was seeing Boston perform in MD. front¢er! 💯💗
Fantastic. It took me about two seconds to decide I liked this.

Fucking Awesome! You guys nail it note for note...and you Sekulow bro's...love your radio shows! :D
Great cover. Greg and John do a great job here, but this shows just how talented Brad Delp was... We miss you Brad.
Yep. such a sad, tragic story!
Excellent excellent job! Thoroughly enjoyed that performance. You guys rock!
Superb cover!
Great job guys. Wow. another classic and highly technical song done to perfection!
Excellent cove in all aspects. Especially the lead guitarist.
Very very nice! Spot on! Great job gentlemen!
Oooops! ....and Ladies!

Absolutely great!!!!! Tight / killer/ spot on!
I just loved this! great job, the vocals are so difficult on this song too, perfect job with that!

Guitarist's tone and leads were off the charts! Amazing performance.

Excellent! Extremely impressive cover! Great musicianship! You’ve made this song your own and then some!
Absolutely fantastic, love it
Jay, I don’t if the other guys are lawyers like you, but wow man, this is one heck of a great job on an iconic rock song. Good musicians from top to top 🦜🌵.
Talented bunch! Former Head East and Petra lead, Greg Volz and John Elfante, one of rock's best voices. Well done!
That's John Schlit from Petra!!!!!
You are correct. Greg Volz came to Petra after John Schlit. Got them mixed up.
Joe Johnson greg volz was first. 😁
Check out their Styx cover also
Man, Mark Lee nailed that lead guitar!!!!!
Holy smokes! Awesome job, y'all!
John Elefante's vocals are some blast!!!
I thought he looked familiar. Dude was in Kansas!
Outstanding !!!!!!
fantastic
Super great, Lang Bliss!!! As usual!!
Sherry Brookheart thank you much my friend!!
This is such a badass cover!💥
fantastic!

Shades of Steve Marriott
@@robbieg3788 I can hear it. My wife thought C.J. Snare from Firehouse sounds like Schlitt. Specifically “Don’t treat me bad”
Nailed it well done ✌✌✌❤
Love it!
Thanks!
Awesome! Love it!
Thanks!!
EXCELLENT Job !

Wow Jay. !!!
Amazing job!!!
Brilliant. Great job. How about giving credits to the guys and give us a breakdown on who they all are. All brilliant musos and gel together. And where can we go see you guys play?
Nicely done.
Awesome!!!!! 💕
Superbe reprise ....
great !!!
Jay is a famous attorney who is on Fox news a lot. Did not know he was in a band. Terrific cover selection. Great job. I would compare them to Lexington Lab band. Thanks
I thought he looked familiar
Echo the Lexington Lab Band comparison !
What is the guy with the congas doing there? Did he paid for the production?😂
Well . . . It IS his band.😉
He’s obviously the financier of the whole operation yet has no musical talent. He was one of Trumps lawyers. Big surprise
@@paulollikainen4205 Hahaha!! Had no idea!!! Now it all makes sense :-)))
@@paulollikainen4205 Surprise! Sekulow is also a guitarist and drummer in the band, so he is musically talented.
Thanks much!
Unbelievably good
I had no idea Jay was a rocker. I like this version more than the Lexington Lab Band's, too!
So hard to split them...
Nah, LLB is better, but this is great too.
How'd I take so long to find this? Wow!
Awesome. Between you and Lexington Lab Band, not sure who will win the contest.
That guitar player is amazing.
Really good version! Thank you for posting! If you need another vocalist, I can cover all of those notes...Thank you for posting!
That was awesome. I had no idea that Jay had any connection to rock music.
Wow!
Hi there. Is that Mark Daniels playing the acoustic Taylor? If so I know him from basketball - our kids used to play ball together. He's a great guy and very talented.
More Boston than the current incarnation of Boston.
Bravissimi
Legit!
Hei? Thiis is the head east guy?!
Anyone know the name of the lead guitarist?
With all due respect to Tom Scholz, Barry Goudreau did the amazing opening solo for Longtime.
What do you call a guy who hangs out with a bunch of musicians?
Conga player..
So Jay owns the PA?? 🤣🤣
Brad would be rolling in his grave if he heard this, wait sorry I mean rock and rolling!!!
The drummer looks like James Hatfield 😳
I think I like this version than Boston's.
Y
Showoffs : )
No idea why a band would want to photocopy another band
We are Conservatives not square bubblegummers!
Jay Sekulow? Seriously? W the actual F?
Band is fantastic! Jay, stick to the law books. And ditch the sport coat. It's and informal jam!!
Just another copyright violation is all this youtube video is.
