I love love love that Simu is so honest about being bad at being an accountant. He's saying you can be terrible at something but that doesn't mean you're worthless or never going to be successful at anything, just that it might not be the thing for you! It's great and humanizing and motivating!
He's so humble and down to earth, I think that's why people love him because He's relatable. Seeing him got all the success is like watching your friend became successful, you feel proud.
Gonna be honest I think he’s trying to explain his height because he’s definitely not six feet as what his profile suggests. He’s definitely not five foot 11 either.
@@jacquedez I think he’s 5’9 or around that height. If you go on his Instagram and compare his height to the people he’s standing next to he can’t be more than 5’10

Fantastic interview Simu! He seems very humble and likeable, just like your every day guy who happened to land some awesome acting roles. Really looking forward to seeing what other projects he's in!
There are a number of Marvel actors who are very down-to-earth and relatable. What's really fun is when you get several of them who've worked together on stage together for a Q&A (esp. when Anthony Mackie's among them). The answers are great, and the banter is fabulous.

It's interesting how Simu Liu's language experience mirrored Shang-Chi / Shaun's in the movie: lived in China, moved to North America, learned English on the fly.
I loved seeing him get turning into a meatball in the third season of The Expanse, that was a cool thing to catch him in. I'm very proud of our lovable Chinese-Canadian Himbo. Looking forward to seeing him in more stuff because he's actually talented and I would love to see him in a drama.
