Rivian is just doing what they have to do, and that is creating a whole image around the brand. The cars are expensive and to be able to sell them the brand has to be aspirational for the right people. And I think what they are doing is spot on. All those people that have money that live in urban centres but are so attached to nature, the people that have an urban garden like those that you have shown, the people that on the weekends go somewhere just to tell their friends and colleagues where they have been over the weekend, those are currently the Rivian customers, and such hubs are spot on. Great for them!
It definitely fits their “lifestyle brand”. Somewhat like browsing Instagram, you’re immersed into an environment so idealistic and fun, it makes our boring life pale in comparison.
A+ for the Rivian’s fully engaged hub, and highlighted immersive experience. I am all in for the SUV. Congrats to America’s EV startups. GOD BLESS AMERICA
I hope the next one of these is going to be in Las Vegas. Being a local, there isn't many community centers like this that are so establish and welcoming to everyone. We have bars and clubs but nothing to this extent in downtown and it'd be nice to have some nature exposure to the Las Vegas area. I just like how everything seems to be made of wood or natural stone and that breaks away from the concrete and desert atmosphere that Las Vegas has. In addition, Las Vegas is home to high speed desert racing judging by our numerous lifted trucks and side by sides across every dune surrounding the desert so I just it'd be cool for Rivian to target that market since I am a Raptor owner and a R1T reservation holder.

Ray Bradbury. 451 degrees is the fire temp of paper books, which dthe authorities are trying to eradicate. Or get you so distracted you don't read. Bradbury's writing is smooth as butter, well worth your time.
It's a great concept and all ,but i kind of want to see them ramp up the production and focus on delivering there amazing trucks to customer right now.

Why? Rivian can't do the work of ICE trucks (towing long distance). Get a clue. real trucks aren't sold in Venice, California boutiques. Rivian is for beta-males with too much hair product.

I love everything about my R1T, it’s a fantastic vehicle! (I charge it from the solar panels on my home). I also like the many things which Rivian is doing to create their brand. This hub is a beautiful addition to the community and it’s great that they’re re-purposing old buildings along the way, including the plant where they’re built in Normal, Illinois. The only (major) inconsistency within their corporate ethos is that they encourage people to take these vehicles off-road and absolutely rip up the landscape…I know all the off road people will jump all over me for saying this, and that’s just fine (jump and scream all you want!). Humans have done more than enough to destroy Nature, we should leave Nature alone as much as possible and enjoy it quietly and leave it as a haven for those animals which haven’t become extinct yet.
...Tesla sells nothing that competes with Rivian; they have no pickup truck and the Model X is an obscenely expensive minivan with ZERO off-road ability. The Rivian R1S is a real SUV with serious off-road chops. Rivian has backers with an endless supply of money; Ford for expertise in building tough trucks and SUVs, and a real factory that they didn't have to build from scratch. This is a no brainer long term play. .Unlike Tesla, Rivian's customers can get the $7500 federal tax credit. GO RIVIAN!
Enjoying the Rivian content. One tip for making your video more enjoyable is to shoot B roll footage to use during moments you’re transitioning between topics or spaces. Good way to insert corrections too.
I like their one-take style more, the audio and video quality is good and the content is interesting and thorough. I am betting this allows them to get content out sooner too instead of spending more hours shooting and editing in b-roll.
The Forest Service buys Ford XL 150s and XL 250s for around $30,000 in volume. The cost of one Rivian would pay for a F250 plus enough fuel to drive it around the world a few times. Besides, range is rap off road. Take a look at the Motor Trend Rivian video where they drove onb fire roads and recharged often.
I feel like I'm the only one who thinks Launch Green is the worst color Rivian makes. I think literally every other color looks better than Launch Green.

I've got to admit that's pretty sweet of Rivian, they truly do seem to be building a great brand around their trucks already.

IMO you would want to put these in states with high ICE truck sales. TX, NC, CO, TN, AL, GA, VA, Pacific Northwest, etc.
