VW Audi Brake Pedal Sinks to the floor while running

Common issue with these cars and probably another brands. Car off pedal is nice and firm, soon you start the engine the brake pedal sinks to the floor. Watch the video what did happen here.

I have same issue. VW dealership told me its abs pump and new one is 2500€. I can not risk 2500€ just to conclude thats not the issue so I will sell car to scrapyard.
