Does legislation to clear Horizon Post Office victims go far enough?

The Post Office Horizon scandal has rarely left the headlines in recent months. Following the gripping drama Mr Bates versus the Post Office, and the subsequent revelations that followed in the Horizon Inquiry, the sheer scale of the scandal provoked a national outcry.
Now though, there appears to be light at the end of a very long tunnel for those in Scotland who were wrongfully convicted with new legislation aiming to clear victims affected.
Scotland Tonight spoke to Dr Andrew Tickell and Louise Dar, a former sub-postmaster, about the latest developments.
