This video helped a ton as well as a lot of your other Hemi Videos rebuilding my own Eagle Hemi with a Chopacabra cam can’t wait to turn it over thanks a ton for the help.
You also wipe the bars out with WD-40 in a clean white cloth actually paper towel so you can see that there's always going to be a little bit of dirt and skunk in there
I seen where you said there is a film of oil on the lifters, plus your assembly lube. My last engine I let them soak in oil beforehand. I was worried about the needle bearings on the roller. Its how I was taught. I feel like it might be old school, but did you presoak them or just mineral oil from facotry?
I’m in the middle of the same build but I got a question did you do the main studs because my hellcat has bolts..I wanted to stud my mains but wasn’t sure I would need to line home it and didn’t want to get into stripping it all the way down.I’m doing the same drop in piston setup you have also..mmx got me setup also
your videos make me feel like I could build my LSA motor and have that confidence lol. I'm on my second time watching.
Same bro 😂
Hell yes more vids like this 🫶💯
I am going to have to watch this video a few more time ! Well done !!!
Thumbs up !
Thanks again!

She's gonna be a beast! Loving this build.
Thanks man can’t wait!
If that's a stroker setup, double check that the oil squirter will work. The squirter's are usually removed and blocked off.
This one is just a stock crank 6.2 we’ll be showing a 426 stroker next on the channel
@@boostedmotorsports2 I look forward to seeing the build. Nice work.
Hopefully when you measured you put an extra .005 on the rods and bearings for being a performance build.
Badass! This build has all the good stuff in it! Thanks for a detailed update!
Love watching the content, I don't know much about building engines but this is sure entertaining! Keep it up
More to come!
Straight forward!
Great video
Very precise operation Dr.Boosted!
I just love this build… I’m so excited for you..👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😎.. Pat
I'm liking the way you explain. Thanks
Thanks and welcome
Epic build John, can’t wait to see the dyno numbers !
Should be a monster!
Awesome build this car is going to be a lot of fun.. great work 👍😊
Thanks 👍

💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽. That red ultra slick lube is all I use.

PrimeTime👍🏾😁🏈
I cheaper out and had Steve Morris build me a gen 3 hemi low compression boosted cam and a single 103mm turbo
LOOKS AWESOME! BUT I USUAL PAINT BLOCK A COLOR SO ITS EZ TO SEE FLUIDS
Awesome video I love such detailed stuff
Damn very detailed assembly ! 🙌🏻. Great job bro 💪🏻🔥🏁🏁
Thanks brother 💪
Need this in a tacoma
Such a dope build do you still have the viper as well
You also wipe the bars out with WD-40 in a clean white cloth actually paper towel so you can see that there's always going to be a little bit of dirt and skunk in there

Good job 👍
Thank you! Cheers!
Very useful knowledge
Thanks for liking
Molnar rods 1500hp 🥶🥶🥶
It would be cool to hear cost of build during the build, there are so many options available. ,
I've always heard that changing to arp bolts or studs, you have to have line boring done for the crank bearing are round?
Correct. This new machined block came from MMX with ARP mains and they line bore it out. It’s an option when ordering.
Thats cool
Could you tell me what is the name of the song you use in your transitions ? You use it in most videos including this one. Thanks 🙏🏻
What hp can you actually push the motor to?
And do you have a parts list you can share? I’m ready to buy and build.
I’m in the middle of the same build but I got a question did you do the main studs because my hellcat has bolts..I wanted to stud my mains but wasn’t sure I would need to line home it and didn’t want to get into stripping it all the way down.I’m doing the same drop in piston setup you have also..mmx got me setup also
Yes this one has ARP main studs and has been line honed. You definitely want to get it honed if installing ARP mains
Is that the BGE stock crank?
With that much power are you making it a widebody
Lubing the rod bolts tho??
The undefeated charger 😂
Will you be in Tx2k with your hellram?
Lmao it’s all about physics at this point. Better hook
You need a cameraman
Are you using the factory oil pump? Or are you gonna be using a HVFP?
New factory Hellcat oil pump. It’s a known solid pump 👍
Main studs without line honing💪
Nice try. It’s lined honed from MMX wise guy
You lined honed before drop-ins and plasti- gauged the engine🤣🤣💪💪
FYI, there's no need to locate the ring gaps on the pistons. When the engine is running the rings aren't stationary, they rotate on the pistons.
Listing to just the audio lmao
Factory bearings? That’s too tight for race bearings.
I almost put in a missing person report.
🤣
Way too tight on main bearing clearance for my opinion. I’d at least want another .001 in them
This mf a bad dude 🔥🔥
💪🫡
What is wrong with you man you don't use assembly Lube on pistons and rings you use WD-40 that's even what the manufacturer recommends for those rings
Hahahahaha he said wd40.
We deal in WHP bro not BHP..... sounds gay
