So glad that Mark shares recipes. It's the only way I can get real authentic meals because no restaurants where I live makes these kind of dishes....just Americanized Chinese foods.
Best recipe ever!! Perfect concoction of sauces and blends. You dont add fish sauce when u add soy sauce...so clever! You rock!!! Thanks for changing my food life!
Man!! You make me want to move to Thailand for just the food! Thank you for making all these videos. I love watching them. Please make more Thai food recipe videos Thank you
Mark I am sorry if this is going to be wrong to you. I serious love you and your cooking. You are the best of the best of the best of the chef, writer and taster!!
DUUUUUDE how do I get an apron like that!?! Love pad se ew and pad thai!!! two of my top favorite noodle dishes!!! Food blogger gone Chef! Way to go man!
I like the recipe I tossed the rice noodles in a large bowl with some sesame oil about one-and-a-half tablespoons before I add them to the Hot Wok it gives off a real nice taste with the sesame oil
7 years later 2022..Chinese New Year Eve.. This is dinner tonite..I got some Impossible Beef and it turned out absolutely good..I have followed Mark for years and his recipes are foolproof..Thank You...
Hey Mark! What a coincidence!! My wife and I are eating Pad See Ew right now and decided to look up a recipe.. I randomly selected one, only to be surprised that it's you.. We watch you every night at dinner, maybe you've seen some of my comments on your other videos. Anyways, always a pleasure to see you my man! Love Rishi & Vivian from Las Vegas. PS: If you ever make your way to Las Vegas, send me an e-mail! I can make some great recommendations!!
I couldn’t actually believe that I’ll be able to make the authentic Thai fried rice outside of Thailand until I tried this recipe! Wow! Thank you so much! This tasted exactly like what I’ve tasted in Thailand! I’m eating what I’ve made as I’m typing this! Cannot thank you enough. Thank you so much once again and god bless! 🙏
Thanks for sharing your version. Nice way of showing how do to it. I never tried adding the egg and just might try your style in the near future. Because we add the chicken, we call it Pad See Ew Gai (pronounced GUY) Gai means chicken. We love to use hot peppers that have been sitting in vinegar by topping it over the dish.
I make this at least once a week. It's ridiculously simple and devastatingly delicious. One thing I'd stress: the noodles must be really fresh so they keep their shape when mixed. I also like to add a little oyster sauce as well to add an extra flavour dimension.
Thank you, thank you, thank you. I can not thank you enough. This is the 4th Drunken Noodle recipe that I am trying off UA-cam. The other 3 had 3 different types of sauce but I could never get the color to stick to the noodles that good. Until you said, lower the heat and then add the sauces.
Cheers Mark! These recipe videos came just at the right time. Im in thailand right now renting a house for a few months. Bought a Frying pan and was struggling alot hehe. This will help me. Tnx :)
I tried your recipe but instead of using chinese broccoli i use lettuce bec that the only green veggie in my fridge. And guess what, my son loves it! Thank you Mark for sharing your recipe😃
Mark Wiens Hello Mark Wiens! I am a huge fan of your thai street food recipes and especially the wok you use. I wanted to know where could I get one here in New York City and if your wok is seasoned. Doesn't looks seasoned to me but little to nothing really sticks!
Thanks buddy was working in Thailand for some 3 years back in 2000/2004 and loved padseewe . After watching your vid collected the ingredients from local shops ( Asian mini market ) Made a dish which was awesome . Cheers mate . Ps : I waited to long to do this .

Ohh so good. Asian food is my staple food and Thai is on the top of my list. I eat it out but now I will be cooking at home. I thought cooking Thai was more complex. New subscriber.
I hope you’re still making bomb Thai food to this day man. I made your pad kha prao chicken and fried rice with it and it was remarkable. My roommate (Vietnamese) said it was better than our local thai’s fried rice! (That doesn’t mean I completely accepted it though lol)
Mark, I eat this at a Thai restaurant (that is about an hour from me). So now I can try it at home, but what kind of greens can I get in the USA? I go to a Thai store about one and half hours from me so maybe they have the Greens you use. What is the name of the ones from Thailand? Thanks!

Evan Swiech .... omg, what’s so hard about it? Lmao

Holy baby Mark! Was looking to cook some for my kids and I run into this :)
I hope you’re still making bomb Thai food to this day man. I made your pad kha prao chicken and fried rice with it and it was remarkable. My roommate (Vietnamese) said it was better than our local thai’s fried rice! (That doesn’t mean I completely accepted it though lol)
Thank you for sharing the recipe, Mark!
I always become hungry whenever I your videoes. It looks so insanely delicious !
Mark, I eat this at a Thai restaurant (that is about an hour from me). So now I can try it at home, but what kind of greens can I get in the USA? I go to a Thai store about one and half hours from me so maybe they have the Greens you use. What is the name of the ones from Thailand? Thanks!
Donna Copas you can look for Chinese broccoli they are leafy greens have it in most market
I'm doing it with Swiss chard. It's what's still growing in the garden. But dark sturdy leafy greens should do nicely.
Another fantastic Recipe video!
Keep up the good work Mark!
I cannot find fresh noodles but found dry noodle XL rice stick. Can I use that as substitute?
Wow! It's my favorite dish.
This dish would be even better over hot flame. Yum
