You can try resetting the keyboard, or changing it in the software. If you have tried all of the functions and settings, you can try contacting them for a replacement

@@itssamueltan Just normal tape, everything came very well lubed too. I think I got someone’s return. Not complaining though since they saved me hours of lubing

would you say this keyboard is more thocky or creamy or clack for me it felt like a mix of creamy and thocky but i couldnt tell Great video as well
Thanks! I would say it's in the middle of creamy and clacky. But changing the switches can drastically change the sound too.

Just got it. Man the knob is too stiff. It's so hard to move and not consistant at all. Wish it was smoother. Hard to move with 1 fingers.
Oh mine wasn't like that tho, not sure if you can somehow adjust it to be more loose
