Man, I feel you. I bought a 2-inch thick mat on Amazon. Best purchase I ever made for myself.
I changed every kneeling exercise in standing exercises. And the laying down exercises can be done in bed.
I also do the plank against the wall for now. It can be done on your kitchen sink, or on a chair, to make it more difficult, if you need it
Can you show some modified steps like on a chair for someone with bad knees
They likely already have some videos for this. Or look for other peoples videos. UA-cam has an amazing number of fitness videos for all levels of fitness and age.
