There is need of a mechanism which will scrutinize the supreme court judgements , which will be only a guideline to the future judges 'for reference. Because the judicial officers are also human beings LIKE us and error of judgement do take place. As the judgements are given on the basis of interpretation of constitutional provisions, there is scope for an interpretation which may go wrong. Thus the review of the court judgements for guidence is nessesory.

मैंने CAT Chandigarh में in person stepping up of pay का case 5.12.2023 को किया था, न्यायलय ने 9.1.2024 की डेट दी, department ने जबाव नहीं दिया, न्यायालय ने फिर 9.4.2024की डेट दी, department ने फिर डेट मांगी, जबाब तैयार नहीं हुआ, न्यायालय ने फिर 13.5.2024 की डेट दी, मैं अम्बाला कैंट से हर पेशी पर जाता हुं तो अगर department ने 13.5.2024 को जबाब ना दिया तो क्या मैं cost लगाने की request कर सकता हूं , 13.5.2024 को 172 दिन हो जाएंगे।

Hello sir, waise aapki video achchhi hai. But you use the word "argue". Bahut kam advocate hain jo argue kar pate hain. H youtube per achchhi argue karte hain...lakin court room mein unki aawaj hi nahi nikalti.. judge ke samne boot bankar khade rahte hain aur sirf date per date lete rahte hain sath hi apne client se 2000-3000rs bhi. Sach kahun maximum advocate lootte hain apne client ko..batein to aise karte hain jaise kanoon unhi se shuru ho kar unhi per khatm hota hai 😂😂😂😂😂..... I have seen the same situation in the sakte court. I'm doing LLB

Sir maine LLB me avi admission liya h lekin mere uper FIR ho gya h IPC k section 323 ,504 n 506 k tehat lekin sir mujhe fasaya gya h iske viruddh maine crpc k section 482 k tehat Allahabad highcourt me petition dala h FIR ko quash karne k liye aur highcourt stay order Diya h.
Toh sir kya maigovernment job k liye ineligible hu please bataiy🙏 bahut tension hoti h padhne me Mann nhi lagta please 🙏🏽🙏🏽 sir

Pahli baat jo section lage hain usmein bail mil jayegi. Dusri baat, 482 ke tahat aapne jo stay liya hai uske liye wait karna hoga. 482 section ke high court mamle ko kharij kar sakta hai..lakin tab jab yah prove ho jaye ki aapko bewajah fasane ke liye in sabhi section ko lagaya gya hai. Don't worry...jaisa ki aapne kaha ki galat tarike se lagaya gya hai.... samne wale ko prove karna padega......aapne stay lekar achchha Kiya....kisi achchhe lawyer se miliye aap....jab tak aap guilty sabit nahi hote tab Tak govt job ke liye koi problem nahi hai...
