That’s my favorite way to enjoy a coconut. The water on the inside of the young coconuts tend to be super sweet and the flesh of the coconut is soft yet a bit crunchy at the same time. The taste isn’t a super strong coconut taste. It’s more of a subtle coconut flavor and it’s filling and very satisfying to eat.
