Hiya ☺ yes....I'd noticed it too. I'd need to take the video down and re-upload it to get rid of the doubled audio....hopefully not too distracting 💙 I re-done the voiceOver...but forgot to take my previous voiceOver off that section of the video 😭
I love these videos. My meals for the week were - Monday - Sandwiches (ham and cheese) Tuesday - Sausages, mash and beans. Wednesday - Chicken Jalfrezi and rice. Thursday - Leftovers. Friday - Fish, chips and mushy peas. Saturday - Sandwiches (yes again lol) Sunday - Roast beef, roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, peas, carrots and gravy. Blackberry pie and custard.
Last weekend, we had to delay our enjoyment of your videos. My whole week felt off! I don't think I realized how much I relax when i watch the videos. Thanks for sharing them, Cheryl. ❤
Cheryl I love your videos, I do the cooking in my house and I get so bored. I wish I had somebody like you living with me proper home-cooked meals. 😂 some so simple but looks so tasty. 👍🏼
We’ve been on holiday up in Scotland doing the NC500… loved every minute of it…beautiful country, scenery ( epic) and such friendly people. Loved all the meals as usual…. Cheese n beans on toast is one of our favourites…🏴👍🏴
That looks yummy. We have Jersey Benne potatoes here in New Zealand, which are premium new potatoes. The best ones are grown in a small area of the South Island. They originated from Jersey, brought to NZ by the Benest people from Jersey.
Just watched this vlog. Thank you for the ideas of what to cook for the week. I'm always looking for ideas 💡 so I have now subscribed and am looking forward to watching more 😊
Carb on carb is alot but sometimes a few extra carbs just taste so good. Ive always wanted to try beans on toast but our canned beans in the US just taste like sugar. Would love to see Mr. Whats for Tea make his bread, it looked very good and like it would stand up to the beans really well. Thank you for another great video.
With my Scottish ancestry I know where I get my love of carbs from. If I could I would have carbs for breakfast, lunch and dinner but my doctor said I need to calm down on the carbs a little and put AT LEAST one green vegetable into every dinner meal.
What I'd say about carbs on carbs is, if it worries you, don't do it. But why would anyone be worrying about what anyone else chooses to eat? Whatever it is that floats your boat, stand up and be counted and just carry on. Your meals balance out over the week anyway and you've also successfully lost weight recently so do what makes your household happy. I do believe there are hundreds and hundreds of channels on UA-cam for those who want to count carbs, calories and restrict their diets in many ways. I'm here because I want to see some easily prepared, nice looking and varied comfort food. So please carry on just as you are!
Me and my husband watch this every week, we've made it into a game and try to guess what would be on the menu for each day before it's said in the video. Be interesting to know if anyone else does this 😂 I won this week with 2/7😅
Omg, Mr. Whats for Tea's bread looks amazing!! I just bought a can of Heinz beans from British shop to try beans on toast. It is unknown here in the US, but I have got to try it!! I just have white bread, but maybe I should get a brown bread.
I had beans on toast this morning on white bread which I prefer for that with a fried egg on top for breakfast. Had picked up some beans last week from a shop that carries lots of British goodies. Mind you, that homemade bread did look so good. Would love that with lots of Irish butter. 🏴🇺🇸
My wife often thinks I'm deaf. Fortunately, with the double audio I was able to turn the volume down and was quite happy lip reading, thus overcoming the issue.
✍Hello Cheryl... As I told you in my last comment my people are from England, Wales and Scotland and I grew up having pork n'beans on buttered bread for a meal. Matter of fact I went to the grocery store the other day wanting my Campbell's beans but they were out but they had other brands but I know what I like and those brands weren't what I'd eat...ha ha ha but I will be grocery shopping this coming week and I'll have to stock up on them. Thanks for sharing your meal plan with us. Good Night😴 God Bless LuvYa! Bye from your digital pen pal from Ohio USA🇺🇸
Lots of great meal ideas here again this week. TY so much for sharing your meals and recipes with us. Love your travel videos at the end too. airs around 1pm EST here in the USA. I bet Jasper loved the smell of the poaching chicken Love ya.😻
Hi Cheryl it’s only me - I hope you’re okay and that you’ve had a good week - I’m just about to start watching your Vlog/video but just wanted to pop in quickly and say hello - I hope you have a brilliant week and look forward to your Vlog/videos this week and next weekend ~ sending loads of love and loads of hugs as always ~ Xxx Xxx
Germany calling (yes, we are now officially in love with the Tartan Army). Could you help me out please and let me know for how long I should parboil my potatoes (medium size) before putting them in the airfryer to make roasties (best British invention = roast potatoes, I LOVE them)? Fun fact: Us Germans also like carbs on carbs when it comes to pasta and garlic bread. Or even pizza and pizza bread 🙂
Hi Cheryl! I am hoping to make hubby the ham and cheese pasta bake (he loves the cheeseburger bake) but cannot find the recipe. I have been scoring over all your old videos and still no luck. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
Wait. What happened with the sound? It sounded like your voice overlapping what you were saying. I never had baked beans over toast. What an interesting idea.
ah had this lady friend from Whiteinch ,, couldn't boil water without burning it ,,, she sat on a plate of black pudding and chips by mistake ,,, am sure her arse is till on fire ,,, love yer channel ,,,

Beans on toast was a granny special when I would visit Coatbridge….thanks for that lovely memory ❤️🇨🇦❤️
Beans on toast ,, oh c'mon surely it wasn't that bad ,,,
I'm fed up with people judging 'carbs on carbs'.. nothing nicer than pasta with garlic bread, or chip sandwiches!!!!! 🤤 👍
Agree 100% 😆 chip sandwiches are the best!!
Not all of the people who watch this have an issue with carbs.
I would love all those carbs but as a diabetic I can't eat that many.. However I live through her food choices, just wish I could.😁
Love a chip butty occasionally, lots of butter and tommy ketchup ;-)
Great food!
