Thanks for this educational video. I am in the process of getting this system. I have been type 1 for nearly 50 years. This will be a great tool for me.

Thank you for this informative video, it's very interesting. This loop system is changing our life, we can go out without checking glycemia and hands in the pockets lol. No more need of sugar :) I can drive my car without check and safely. I can sleep a whole night without alarms or check etc... I'm feeling 99% free now. Many Thanks.

Thank you for the video. Some questions remains :
Are the autocorrection take into account to adapt background insuline amount for the next days ?
Which parameters can we change in smartguard mode except target (set to 100, 110 or 120). For exemple does insuline sensitivity or max basal/h have an impact on smartguard mode ?

I have gone back to Manual mode I'm tired of bloodsugars over 120 when my target is 100. Doesn't come close. I'm low carb maybe 15 a day. I want the basal to stay at 80 - 100. Is that too much to ask. Been on medtronics for over 26 years and really thinking about a DYI looping. I have every right to have a normal A1C. 47 YEARS diabetic and because of first 10 years following ADA 70 -180. I am paying with diabetic complications of bloodsugars over 140. Look at the studies.

U might want to take a look at Dr Richard Bernstein the 89? year old type 1 diabetic who wrote Diabetes Solution and is even still active on UA-cam. His plan can give you truly normal blood sugar all the time.

Hi, Kenneth. The sensor and transmitter are water-resistant at 8 feet (2.4 meters) for up to 30 minutes. CGM readings may not be transmitted from the CGM to the pump while in water.

Medtronics, I openly challenged you to do a UA-cam on the back order letter that you sent current customers and the double talk that is in the letter ! I also challenge you to comment on back order situations that have happened way before Christmas of 2023 ! Guys, we all make mistakes, but not owning up to them with a loyal customer base is shameful! Publish the letter comment on it in the sales videos! Diabetics until we hold these people that are making enormous amounts of money on our horrific disease accountable things will only improve at a sales pace! Yes, I am well aware of the FDA and they’re sad account. That’s another fight. We all must face! Here again I hate being a FRED !

Hi there. We are currently experiencing temporary shipping delays that may impact some users of our Guardian 4 sensor and Guardian Sensor 3. We know these delays can be frustrating, and we sincerely apologize. We are working to minimize disruption and restore our normal deliveries for our customers as quickly as possible. We will pass along all of this feedback to our team. Thank you.
