I upgraded from my 7 year old treager to a ironwood 885 yesterday. I went to home depot for some stuff for the garden and right inside the front door they had a ironwood 885 already assembled and marked down to $800 it's the older style ironwood but still a upgrade from my old one and I'm loving it. I'm still going to keep my old one in case I need to do a large cook and to have as a backup.
Your oven can’t do the same I thought the same shit offsets are the way to go BUT U HAVENT HAD THE SUPER SMOKED MODE ON THIS NEW TREAGER n when you’re a dad of 3 toddlers no way u get to your offset like you’d like to so this is a very good alternative.

Would this work with bluetooth wireless cooking probes? (MEATER probes)
Does it maintain a consistent temperature as in +- 5 degrees??
How many racks of ribs will fit on this smoker?
Which model # Ironwood is this?
