      Dar aavashyak hota hai, aur sabko dar lagta hai. Lekin dar lagkar bhi aap samajhdari se har paristhiti se ladhna sikhte hai vo badi baat hoti hai, uske liye aapko kathin paristhitiyo ka samna karte rehna hoga yahi upay hai 🙏

    Sir i have a query i am doing 250 to 300 hindu pushups per week but somwdays my lower back sore while doing day to day activities which requires bwnding down even after performing with correct posture and i am not feeling any soreness while performing it is there something wrong please help 🙏🙏
