I had a fellow member of the Virtual USA Flying Club (www.discord.gg/hutMwWR) ask for a demonstration of how a pilot calculates weight and balance on an aircraft. Therefore, I decided to make a video on how we do it in the real world using a Cessna 172N as the example with the aircraft's POH.
This video should help both those that are pursuing a private, sport, or recreational pilot certificate and also those that fly virtually with a flight sim.

How about the oil of the engine? I will or not will be included on the computation?

oil can be figured in already in the gross weight or it will have its own place in the moment/weight/arm...it depends on what the POH says
