    Just a heads up, you may want to use a small amount of super glue to adhere the velcro strips to the stand and power bricks, as the heat generated from the power bricks tends to loosen the velcro’s “sticky side” over time; I mounted mine in the same manner and after regular use they kept falling off the stand until I applied the superglue. Great videos so far, those subs and likes should keep rising as your build progresses 👍🏼

    I could be wrong but I think I remember on one of the brs videos Ryan was going to hang a power bar upside down like you did with the EB4 but didn't after people told him that there is a fire hazard in doing this. The fire hazard coming from a risk of gravity gradually pulling out the plugs and a partially pulled out plug runs the risk of causing an arc. Please anyone who is more knowledgeable on this weigh in as to it's safety. But love the videos, I need to check through your videos to see if you have shown off your nano.

    • @PetmaluLife
      @PetmaluLife  4 роки тому

      Thanks for your comment and interest in the videos. I don’t see any issues with the plugs being upside down. They are fully plugged in and snug. However I’ll be sure keep an eye on it. I have a shot of my nano tank in my first video. I’ll be sure to showcase more of it once I get my 100g up and running. Thanks for your support!

    • @PetmaluLife
      @PetmaluLife  3 роки тому

      Possibly. That's what made it pricey. I paid the guy an hourly rate and a lot of it was spent on measuring. It's the most tedious aspect. I'll most likely be able to get the file from him and plan to sell it for people interested..

    Solid cabinet build. I agree with the Andy, your OCD is admirable and inspiring. Out of curiosity, was there enough ventilation inside the cabinet? I’ve done a few different builds recently and always added a fan and temp probe to keep the equipment from overheating. Looking forward to seeing the rest of the tank come to life. 👊🏻👊🏻

      Hey Aaron! Thanks so much for your kind words. I too was concerned with the equipment getting too hot. I installed 4 of these to help: www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ZDCCPUS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Hopefully they can help keep the temp down. Good idea on the temp probe! I might have to install one. So far my first fish are doing well.. I'll probably be adding coral around Christmas.

    its good to see you have a new tank. From the last message i wrote I went online to try to get a male and female plug. On the link you posted it shows a male plug but i don't see the female plug. I also don't see a custom made switches. Can you please post the link so i can know where can I get it from. I like what you did with your new tank. Thank you so much. I also want to know where are you from because I need help with my fish tank I brought almost all my equipment from your listing.
