Hello all my fellow foodies and welcome to my channel. In this video I will be showing you how I was able to feed my family on a very tight budget of $25 at Dollar Tree. I did breakfast, Lunch and Dinner only using basic pantry staples. I was able to provide my family delicious meals all week.

On Alfredo… try one can of the sauce and half can of the pasta water.
It was pretty thick so that’s a great idea!
If you don't have powdered sugar just add granulated to your blender and whirl.. you can make your own
the dollartree taco bowls i make are..1 pack of the beef patties (ground/browned)
1 taco seasoning
1 bag of the southwest veggies
1 pouch of the taco/spanish pre-cooked rice(or) a bag of the yellow rice
1 shredded block cheese
5 items
Thanks for another great video. Add some bacon grease to your canned green beans when you're cooking them on the stove top, its a game changer.

My dollar tree has egg’s. Mine goes between 6 to 12 count.

To get a true total you should add the cost of the salsa, cheese and sour cream into your end total. I understand not buying what you already have (no need in wasting money) but for the intended purpose of the video I would add the cost. I do have one ❓ though, were the meals feeling enough? I often wonder when I see these extreme low budget meal weeks, if the people are actually getting enough food. Great video keep up the good work💜

Hi Danielle (sp?), I was surprised that you didn't make homemade refried beans with the dry beans to go with both the burrito bowls & the lunch burritos. Also I saw you had garlic powder so another option could've been garlic toast to go with the Alfredo Pasta. I definitely liked the cheesy pizza tortillas though. Gonna give those a try. I saw a definite theme in this - Mexican inspired. As long as its not too spicy I like it. 🙂
Oh almost forgot, my DT does have eggs, but doesn't have the $3 & $5 food items yet cos they are waiting on the coolers/freezers to arrive. So it might be it depends on your DT on what they get. 🤷🏼♀️

I don't normally add refried beans to our burrito bowls, but know a lot of people who do. I definitely prefer just the beans itself. Mexican dishes is our life!!

I’m sad your dollar tree didn’t have canned chicken or shelf stable packs of pepperonis. Ours usually does and the pizza crusts too. When I have friends over I try to make supreme pizzas to snack on and chili cheese chimichangas.
No pepperoni… I was looking everywhere for it! So stinking sad too!
On the chicken, our Dollar Tree carries it in cans. A little smaller than Tuna
I would just point out the items you do have at home and budget in how much extra cost that would be based on what the store has
They do have chicken at DT, it's just canned.

My dollar store does have eggs. They also have steak and hamburgers. I’d chop up that burger and add to the Alfredo.
Canned chicken or chicken nuggets would be better than burger in the Alfredo,imo.

Those pancakes look very good! Another idea for pancake syrup would be adding some of the jam to the powdered sugar mixture. Okay, I think I'm going to have to make breakfast for dinner tonight! If you had bacon grease (and it didn't make your comment section lose their minds) that would be good in the beans and the alfredo! Good video!
I got that pizza sauce I really don’t like the flavor of it I don’t know why it just doesn’t go over with me I’ll stick to my little can of Chef Boyardee or Walmart brand those two I can handle but for some reason my stomach does not like that stuff from dollar tree
